I don’t normally review fast food. But, I went through the drive through a couple different days. And the people working the window were genuinely nice. And the tacos were the way you want them, crunchy shells and more than 4 pieces of cheese.

I stop here often on my way home from work. It would be nice if they would actually look at the order while putting the items in the bag. I am tired of driving away, just to turn around and go back for my missing food. If you eat here…. make sure to check your bag before pulling off, because they won’t.

Got home from the drive thru today. Paid $15 for 5 tacos. Instead got 5 inedible cantina tacos, whatever that is. So greasy we had to throw them out. It was right on the screen “5 crunchy chicken tacos”. Wish I could give a 0.

Ordered nacho chips and cheese. For 2.99 I had maybe 4 complete chips. Also ordered soft taco supreme. Only had chicken and cheese with a couple little pieces of lettuce. Should have had tomato and sour cream as well. Was at Taco Bell in Butler Mo

I often go to this Taco Bell. Usually, the portions are much better. On this trip, my taco was nearly empty, and it was crushed. The chalupa was so dry I could hardly eat it. The nacho chips were cinnamon flavored because they had been fried in the same grease as the cinnamon twists. The 5 layered burrito had only 3 layers and was basically a bean burrito with a hint of beef and cheese. They had a new food prep crew working. They were either poorly trained or didn’t care. I will say that they were friendly.

If you’re out of something and you tell customers it’ll be a little bit of a wait, don’t be surprised and be rude when some of the customers actually wait for the items they want. You get paid to do your job, if it’s such a problem why don’t you get a job that pays you to smoke since that seems to be more important.

We stopped in mid travel to grab a bite. Our taco teller was less than enthusiastic over the speaker. We ordered, paid, and received our food in very reasonable time. After receiving our food, our driver asked if everything was in the bag. The young lady who I won’t name right now rolled her eyes and said “yeah” and shut the window. Upon getting back on the interstate we delved into our tasty taco treats and didn’t realize until we had finished the savory morsels and were in search of a sweet dessert to cap the meal off that we were not given the cinnamon swirls we had ordered!!! Jesse F. you owe us an order of cinnamon swirls! Or $1.29 but I don’t feel like that will taste as sweet.

Avoid this taco bell. Three times in the last few months they don’t accept cash. 1 of three times they didn’t have ice. The third time they could not make half the menu. Only a few selections. This specific taco bell is a disaster in my opinion. Driving out of the way to go here is not an option anymore because they have problems constantly.
