Okay the employee, an older gentleman was so amazing. Genuinely never seen a Taco Bell with a proper customer service and ehh I don’t mind but he was above and beyond!
And the food!! I live in between two states and I was traveling through when I stopped here. It was so fresh and good. It’s upsetting that other locations I’ve visited have such a low standard that I thought that was normal. Very unfortunate this location isn’t local to me

We drove for hours with a 30-foot camper in winter storm warning weather. We’re tired and hungry just to arrive at Taco Bell and their lobby is closed. Obviously we cannot fit a 30 ft camper and 16 ft truck through a drive-thru. So we decided to call and talk to the manager to ask if we can meet them at the locked door of the lobby to bring us our order instead. Considering a window is just a smaller version of a door…. You would think that would be a logical thing to do. So I call and ask. They say it’s impossible to get our order to the door. Why? Because they just can’t. They simply “don’t have enough people”… So let me get this straight.. the dude handing the food out the window can’t walk to a door instead of a window?! Their food sucks enough as it is, their service is worse. THEY TOLD ME TO STAND IN THE DRIVE THROUGH WITH CARS IN 16 DEGREE WEATHER. Some manager….no wonder she works at Taco Bell….she is exactly the reason minimum wage shouldn’t be increased.

It’s a Taco Bell, but a decent one. The dining room and bathrooms were clean and functional. We placed our food order through a kiosk and it was ready in about 10 minutes, everything fresh and accurate. The food stop options in this area are pretty dismal, but as a family, we agree that this would be an okay place to stop on inevitable future road trips.

After a long day of travel, we were looking for a decent restaurant in Bethany. You looked at all the restaurants there and thought well you can’t screw up Mexican too bad so we went to this restaurant and were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. The atmosphere was Tastefully Mexican, the staff was very friendly Karma and the food was great. We had a wonderful taco salad, shrimp fajitas with lots of delicious shrimp Karma and the Chile Verde was great. We would certainly recommend this restaurants anybody traveling through Bethany Missouri

Everything is always spot on! The staff are friendly and personalable.

All around affordable and great food as always from Taco Bell, but the guy in charge I believe his name was Frank, always rude to his workers, if this were my store, he would’ve been gone. The fact that there’s a grown man in there, screaming at children like their adults makes me not even wanna go in. He’s the tall dude with glasses that looks dirty.

I was literally just in there. I had started to make my order on the kiosk across from a man and his son. I went to go grab my phone right outside the door so I could check in with my app and I swear on everything they locked the door behind me. While others are still inside. Half my order was on the kiosk. Now this makes it even more great is I can’t even go thru the drive thru due to my work MERCEDES SPRINTER VAN 2500. They put a note up saying they doing maintenance but wow I couldn’t even finish placing my order. And I literally had to wait over 200 miles cuz I can’t stop until I do gas fill ups. So now I’m gonna have to wait til I need gas again on my way north to get my 6 soft tacos. Not a hard order to place. OR make. So disappointed.

And i have expected lots of expectations but dont like service i have ask the front ledy and tell her i have already ordered in display just pay the cash on counter but she no answer and i am more waiting for. 10 minutes..then i have ask more then she cut the charge I don’t like why i am waiting for my order ..someone coming and this guy pick up the order ….shameless
