My friend and I came to this location on August 14th, 2023 around 10:30pm (i understand it was late) but our order was not complex and we were extremely nice to the employees that were working. We were handed a part of our order and someone from the back of the store threw ice into my car hitting me and my passenger. It was not a toss, they threw the ice very hard. Not only that but there was no apology, they were all laughing as this happened. I hate to be this person but honestly it seemed as though they were under the influence of something as well. With that said, I, nor my friend will be visiting this location in the future. We are extremely disappointed and angered, and I sincerely hope that this is not a regular occurrence.

Employee working the counter was not happy to be there. Waited for 25min for my food to find out that the kiosk “pay at counter” option meant that your food won’t get made until you ask for it. Then the counter guy complained about me with other employees loud enough for me to hear.

This Taco Bell service is terrible. I ordered a double XL steak burrito, there was very little in it. Customer service has a lot to be desired. We go to this Taco Bell because it’s local, but several others in the surrounding area are a lot better.

Usual drive thru trip. Food I’d always good and hot here. My only complaint is I always ask for fire sauce and plenty of it. And like most my trips, I end up with a few packets of mild or hot sauce. Which I don’t care for or understand, because it says it right on the screen under the food, how many packets and which types.. but still my favorite place to go to, especially the drive thru.

I’ve tried and tried to be “okay” with the quality of food I’ve been sent home with but I’ve finely had to speak up. Two Crunchwrap supremes, complete wreck, dismantled with old tortillas falling apart. It happens, sometimes tortillas don’t hold up but the piece of rubber glove left inside of it frustrated me a bit. I would say 70% of the time I am pretty disappointed with this location.
