This location is one of the worst I’ve been to. I’ve lived and visited many different states/cities with sonic and I’ve never had such trouble. We ordered a cheese burger with adding lettuce and tomatoes. The first burger I was served had an animal hair in it. Like a dog or cats hair is what it looked like. I called and asked them to make me a new one. They did but forgot my lettuce and tomato. At that point I just wanted to leave. Drink are always good there but for some reason all the drinks tasted horrible and my milk shake was so runny!

I work in Richmond and visit this location often. I always order a small blast with chocolate. Very rarley is it ever made correctly, they always forget to add the chocolate! Today I asked the girl at the drive through window and she assured me it was in there just blended up into the blast. When I get back to work and start eating it, there’s no chocolate AGAIN!! So frustrating!

Went here earlier today with family to get dinner. 1 item I ordered was a footlong chili cheese coney, Which the worker repeated back to me. However, I was given a thing of cheese fries instead… Talk about disappointment, Especially when we were nearly the only vehicle there.

Do not go to this Sonic location. They serve smaller portions than all the other stores. A super sonic burrito shouldn’t be the same size as a jr burrito. And when you mention this to them, they say “you get what you get” then hang up.

Driving through for a basketball game. Made a quick stop for dinner here. Ordered the footlong chili dog with onions. Onion rings and the garlic butter bacon cheeseburger. The garlic butter bacon cheeseburger was heavenly! They need to keep this on their permanently! By far the best thing we ate!
