I placed a mobile order, pulled up to the drive through, and sat at the speaker for 10 minutes. Then, they were out of Baja blast. THEN I had to pull around and wait for 5 more minutes. The girl who gave me my food was very rude. Once we got the food, everything was WRONG!!! My cheese roll up’s were more like shredded cheese cold wraps, forgot my spicy ranch, my fries tasted fishy, my potato’s in my burrito were underdone, the only good thing was my cinnamon twists. Please get new management because this SUCKED. This isn’t the first time, but I’m tired of it. Please do better next time.

The cardinal sin of any Taco Bell location is to skimp on sauce packets. I received less than half of what I requested in the app. I had to dip into my strategic sauce reserve. This was my last visit to this location.

This location has a serious attitude problem. The staff are consistently rude and make customers feel like an inconvenience for simply ordering food. The effort level is just as poor, items are often sloppily assembled and carelessly thrown together.
More often than not, they’ll shove the food out the window without saying a single word. Even when you say, “Thank you, have a good night,” there’s no acknowledgment. After many visits, it’s clear this isn’t just a one-off experience.. the poor attitude seems to be a culture issue that starts with management.
I don’t have high expectations for fast food, but after a long pattern of bad experiences here, I felt it was worth sharing.

Taco Bell is what it is. However this one does not even try. It was not even busy. At the time I was the only walk in order.
I can only assume it was the manager taking photos of the trash bins, condiment bar and other areas to show proof things were being done to his boss.
I ordered two of the new grilled cheese dipping tacos and a veggie Mexican pizza. All 3 items came close to $18 and were dollar menu items at best. The Tacos barely had any filling. The Mexican Pizza had a dry glob of refried beans the consistency of wall putty. Barely any sauce on top and not even cut. Next time I get hungry for Taco Bell, it won’t be this location that gets my business.

I’m not sure what’s going on, but it seems like LEE’S SUMMIT fast food joints are turning into 0 star eateries… I always try to give the benefit of the doubt. But when you pay more because of where you live, then give me food that’s worth more! Never again… just look what I got! Yuck to the 10th degree.

Got order wrong, asked twice for cantina bowl to be fresco style. Was not. Asked and charged for extra chicken and pico. Didn’t look it.

Food was as expected. Which is good. Atmosphere was a zero! Not one employee looked or said hi to us at any time. No option to order not on a computer. I could not get a receipt without giving my email for phone number. I typically love Taco Bell, but will stop if this is the future of what to expect!
