You can count on them messing up your order almost every time you go here. If you want a grilled burrito, you better make sure that they grill it. They will also leave food out of your bag. Make sure you check it thoroughly. The entire management team needs to be fired. Most of the time we drive out of the way to go to the one near 23rd Street and Noland road. It’s a much better store.

Cold food , run down Taco Bell clearly how hard is it to make a fresh quality taco? Chalupa was chewy like rubber I didn’t even eat it. And I’m so tired after work I just needed something decent couldn’t even do that. It was great over all and across the board. It was a clean and orderly environment. Customer service hit a home run. I was treated like a human being an African-american male in my own skin with out being place on the procrustean bed. This Taco Bell is simply all around great for food, service, and the added bonus of being a KFC as well. I sometimes grab a Famous Bowl when I’m there to get Taco Bell. So convenient!

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Ask for extra cheese there was barely any cheese to be seen let alone inside of tacos very little to be had plus shells on two of them were broken and very difficult to eat. Went inside to ask about my extra cheese but I didn’t receive a receipt and they were very busy so the young man behind the counter gave me a little tiny container of cheese that basically made up for two tacos of some extra cheese. Service was poor and store was not particularly clean. I will not be returning here and would not recommend anyone to go to this Taco bell. There are many more Taco bells in the area that are better that I have been to.

Got the order wrong after reading it back to the drive-through staff member 3 times. Two times at the speaker where you place the order and then at the window. The sauce was wrong and the staff member acted like we were an inconvenience. They weren’t that busy at the time of the order. I try to understand why things happen and this made no sense to me. Then asked the staff member to simply fix the mistake. Not happy to simply do their job. Perhaps it is time to change or re-train this person. This situation made me late for work. Not real happy this time.

I was disappointed the last time I went. And that was because of the people working they must remain the tacos like I don’t know 45 minutes before I got there through the drive-through because you can’t even hold them and eat them they all fell apart like mush.
