We went through the drive through and the guy took our order quickly and the food provided matched exactly what we ordered – we had quite a few custom orders as well. Food was fresh (we went at 12:15 pm) and we left satisfied.

Kind of a bummer here. Informed only kiosk orders. No help at all. Stood at counter 45min before being told only orders through kiosk. I have not been to taco bell in a bit but not impressed by any means. I get its fast food and expectations are not high to begin with. Better management might be a good start.

I went to get a nachos belgrande. The meat tasted odd, very little cheese and a drizzle of sour cream. I will no longer go to one of the better fast food places , again . Its better dining from here on out !

Went here for a quick bite to eat and had one of the worse fast food experiences…ever. Pulled up at the drive through, there were 4 cars in front of me. Shouldn’t have taken too long, 20 mins later still in line. Finally got to order. The guy working the drive thru had a serious attitude, very rude and disrespectful. I had to tell him 3 times what I wanted and I’m very well spoken at least that’s what I’ve been told. Ordered 2 quesadilla meals with an extra taco and an order of cinnamon twist, easy enough you would think. Decided to pull forward and check my meals, glad I did. One of the tacos and the cinnamon twist were missing, went inside with bag and receipt to ask for missing items. Had to go in twice because they only put the cinnamon twist in the first round. Multiple guys walking around with their pants sagging below their butts, the person who was supposed to be working behind the counter was sitting on the counter. Pretty unprofessional. You can tell that nobody here cares about doing a good or even a decent job. This was very noticeable when I arrived home. Quesadillas looked like they were made by a 3 yr old, tacos were soggy and I now have enough sauce to last me a yr. Definitely won’t be going back. A waste of time and money.

The human that takes the orders in the drive thru, that always seems to be there when I go, he is always so polite and thorough. He also hands the food out with care. My order is never wrong. They always hit the expectation of the idea of Taco Bell I have in my memories. They never forget my sauce or give me too little.

Worst customer service, and nothing was correct from my order. I ordered a deluxe cravings box with a beffy 5 layer, crispy melt taco, and a chalupa supreme, and the only thing right was the chalupa supreme. When I was in the middle of ordering, the worker cut me off, saying it came with all of that and told me to just pull forward.

dying of hunger after a 10 hour shift and put in an online order for drive thru – they gave me my correct drink so I assumed the whole order was correct NOPE was given a whole different order with a burrito with literally beans sour cream and red sauce and a plain chalupa, I didn’t realize till I got home and my $12 is down the drain. crashing out rn.
