I got the chicken bacon ranch nacho fries. They were amazing this time. Last time I got a cantina chicken bowl and the rice was hard in some bites. It’s hit or miss here but overall not terrible.

Ordered a taco 12 pack 6 hard 6 soft and every single hard taco was broken he had to eat his tacos with a fork he ordered tacos not taco salad. The customer service wasn’t great either. We definitely won’t be returning to this tacobell and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone either.

I ordered the family Taco deal, half crispy half soft. I understand the wait due to the long line, but I did not expect the food to be cold! The crispy tacos stuck to the wrap and broke apart. Not to add the amount of ingredients was not at all filling the Taco. I spent 28.00 and was not at all satisfied.. The nacho fries were good

There was a lady fighting her child in the parking lot, like 15-20 cars in line and the line was a tad bit slow. I thought the experience was not going to be good when the guys answered the intercom “order…. Pull up” literally his only words BUTA I WILL SAY I just had the best tacobell food I’ve had in a minute. For them being so packed and looked like only two of them there the food was worth the wait. Food was about standard experience for taco bell but I wanted to write this review specifically because of my customer service experience. I made a horrible mistake while taking my drinks, and ended up spilling one of them all over my seat. Before I had a chance to ask anything, the sound lady at the window, Sierra, jumped to action and ran for paper towels. She did everything she was physically capable of doing to assist with my self inflicted dilemma, and was quick to grab a replacement for the drink. Best customer service experience I’ve ever received at a drive thru, and expect I ever will.
