Genuinely the worst restaurant experience I’ve had. I go in 2 hours before close and they’re out of half of their drinks, they had the A/C on when it’s 20 degrees out, bathroom has stains that look like blood in the sink, no regular menus and you have to order through a touch screen, food sucks, they forgot my friends order and filmed obnoxious loud TikTok’s with the most nasty smelling perfume on for 15 minutes when we were the only people in the entire restaurant, and my friends chicken burrito was- and I’m not joking- literally like 90% tortilla. I wish I was joking. It’s all uphill from here.

There wasn’t anyone in here when we arrived. Took over 30 minutes to get our food after we ordered at the kiosk because no one was staffing the counter. Half our food was cold & we had to ask for our cups after the bag of food was finally tossed at us across the counter. The women’s restroom was locked without any sign to indicate the key was being held at the counter. The excuse they gave for withholding the key was because they supposedly get more men customers and that way there’s always an open restroom for women. Personally, that’s a dumb reason, especially when there’s no one staffing the flipping counter.
Even the people picking up for door dash are having to wait for their food. Ridiculous.
We ordered as Dine In, but they gave our food in a bag.
The ceiling is falling in the dining area & the mess is just sitting on the floor with no effort being made to clean in up.
Overall the food is decent enough once you get it, but don’t come in here even a bit hangry or your head might explode.
We won’t be back.

Went in to order food that was fine but when another customer came in the lady in pink with the same gloves on making food goes back to get the other customers card because she left it there the lady in pink gets the card with the same gloves on gives her the card and steps right back on the line and doesn’t change them. It’s common sense change your gloves!!

Omg. The worst taco bell I have ever been to. The bathrooms are like a dirty gas station. The dining area was filthy. We found an acceptable table in the back. I told them they needed to clean the tables and the bathroom. One of the workers came out to the dining area and began wiping the dirt up with a napkin. There was no spray bottle of disinfectant used. The order was wrong, and the lady made up an excuse why it was wrong. She said she got side tracked . All of our box orders were in a bag loosely. There were no actual boxes. You also have to order from the kiosk. There was not a choice to have a human take the order.

I experienced a very bad time here this evening. The manager her name goes by Ramona. She yells screams and cusses at her employees. My order was wrong I came in the drive thru and ordered food and called to the store to tell them my food was wrong she talked in a Chinese accent and knowing she isn’t Chinese is wild. And then she proceeded to ignore the calls and say that we don’t have to make the food it’s not our problem. I paid for food that gets messed up I will not be back to this nasty place

That Taco Bell is probably the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! There’s a tall guy there who always wears a beanie with brown hair and he always makes sure I get my drinks and all of my food is in the bag! He definitely deserves a raise and he is so amazing at making food.

I went through the drive thru like any other time when I make my nightly thursday stop. My previous orders had been made incorrectly for the past few weeks but I chocked it up to them being busy. Well tonight I was the only one in the drive thru when I asked if I could have a double beef burrito and have them grill it. I mentioned that they hadn’t been grilled for my past orders and they said they would get it taken care of. After I got home and went to go eat my burrito I saw that it had been grilled. While being grilled it was absolutely destroyed and entirely the wrong burrito. When I tried to call the store to rectify my issue they answered the phone and immediately hung up. I was very upset to say the least and im unsure if I will ever go back to that taco bell. Mcdonalds is right next door and at least they give the same consistency in the food they serve there.
