Called in to see about getting a platter made last minute. We had a crew in the area cleaning out a rental and forgot to order ahead of time. Manager took time to call me back and get things arranged. Everything was fresh and ready to go. Customer service was too notch! Thank you to everyone that helped!

I spent almost $8 on a salad that barely fills the bowl and was gave the wrong dressing and to top it off it wasn’t very fresh, last time I went to the subway on Fairfield and Lillian Hwy in Pensacola Fl there was an elderly woman working and she did a great job but this time at 5:pm there were 3 little girls who probably never made a salad let alone a sandwich in their lives and I should have followed my gut when I felt they were going to screw things up. Never again will be wasting my money there when I could have got a salad 10 times better from Wendy’s.

So this Subway is the closest one to my house so it’s the one that I always went to. I love the people who work here. The food’s always great. However, I was informed that the location is no longer accepting coupons. The price for living is already outrageous. So, unfortunately, I will no longer be using this location.

The women who works in this place everyday is outstanding. Her customer service skills are incredible. I go there because she keeps a clean store and always says hello when anyone walks in the door and her personality is just beautiful. I come to this store even though others are around just because of her. Not sure of her name but I will find out today, since I’m going back.

I don’t understand why for the last 2 times I came here that I cannot have my sandwich made the way I want it. Either I need to find a new sandwich shop or the girl needs to be retrained. All I wanted was a subway club with no ham and I was told she couldn’t make it that way. I was stunned because that’s how I have had it for years.
