I just want to say that the food I got was great! It was hot and fresh and the portions were fantastic! The only bone I have to pick here, is what seems to be a complete and utter lack of respect for the time and energy of the workers. It was 1pm on a Thursday and I saw maybe 3(?) workers in the kitchen during the lunch rush. There was a full line in the drive thru, and the lobby was also at half capacity. As a former fast food worker, I know that this job is highly demanding. Workers’ time and energy is not respected because they are often understaffed and underpaid. I am not here to complain about the service, I am here to complain about the management. I hope that these workers are never blamed for the logistical error that management has made. It is not only distasteful to understaff your kitchen during rush time but it’s also unfair when workers have to do 3-4 jobs at once when they’re only getting paid to do 1 job. This food is good. They’re working hard. Give them the credit they deserve.

2/3/2026 order # 66, I added 3 additional items to my original order and only 1 was added. Seems like a scam and making money. There was no chipotle sauce and guacamole in my burrito. The young dark guy working in morning shift he already knew that they already messed up my order 2 times the third time it was good… after taking 2-3 weeks of break I went again to same place and they make same mistake. Always missing add-on.

Idk what to say. And not driving back to confront them again, I feel shame that how come someone can’t do their job honestly. 3 mistake for same order out of 4 times. Come on …

Taco Bell has really started to go downhill. Prices steady going up, while portion sizes get considerably smaller. Chalupa’s are a joke to order now for the price they charge for them. They’re like mini appetizers. I don’t know what it is these days, but restaurants in general have just thrown “Customer Service” out the windows & replaced it with employees who can’t even take a simple order & get it right, because they don’t pay attention to the customer or are simply uneducated & can’t work the register or read, but customers are expected to pay for this kind of service & not see anything wrong with it or complain. How can a restaurant run out of 1 of the most important items used in most of its menu?? Make it make sense!

The absolute incompetence of maintaining equipment at this taco is absolutely appalling of all 5 times I’ve gone to this specific Taco Bell, the crew has been unable up prep hardly any food due to “equipment not working”. The actual workers themselves seem genuine and nice. But to be set up for failure with faulty equipment, the franchise owner just needs to give this restaurant to someone who actually cares about it.

I very rarely eat fast food and when I do its usually subway or the like , Arby’s and or McDonald’s. But had taco bell here on ST. Charles Rock Road. It was pretty good and very hot . Service was fantastic she made us laugh. I word recommend this place if your craven #7 box. It’s my choice. Have a great day.

I normally pick up an order once every 2 weeks or so, the drive thru is consistently closed around 7pm, and despite placing online orders for pickup, even with set times the shortest wait time I’ve ever experienced has been 20 minutes. As I write this review I am almost 10 minutes into a wait for an order I had placed 15 minutes before arriving. I will be going to the location further out of the way in the future.

Went through drive thru at approx 12:30 pm. Was perusing the menu and the employee kept rushing me. I got short from being rushed and then they got testy. Husband apologized and when we got to check out they all came to the window giving dirty looks. Now I’m afraid to eat food. Picturing them spitting in it. That’s it for me, no more Taco Bell.

This is the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to! Might as well sit down at a restaurant with these wait times! The staff is so slow, absolutely no sense of urgency. Once the food finally comes out, it looks terrible! I also think they aren’t using the proper proportions and shorting you on food too! The person who owns this franchise should be ashamed.

Terrible experience. Tonight we waited 10 minutes to get to the drive through screen- there was only 1 person ahead of us. When it was our turn to order the lady was extremely rude when we asked for the Midnight Mt Dew- she said they don’t sell it and we asked again to clarify that we heard correctly because there were several signs around the menu stating they had it. She was speaking so quietly it was difficult to hear. We order the rest and she asked if we needed anything else. We said that one of the drinks was supposed to be a freeze and she didn’t say anything. We asked if she got that and she said have a good day. We asked again and she yelled HAVE A GOOD DAY and told us to leave, then deleted our order. We drove away.
Horrible customer service. No wonder this location is struggling

Used the bathroom before grabbing a bite and there was no soap. It was bone dry, not like it had just run out. That means employees using that restroom aren’t washing their hands. It also means I would not eat there. Additionally, the restroom was dirty and smelled disgusting. I had to run for the border.
