I know everyone has their own experience, however, I am here to tell you that my food and the service I received was outstanding.
Alexis the store manager always assists me with my order making sure everything is hot and fresh.
In this day I got the basket with waffle fries and coleslaw. And when I tell you everything was on point I mean it. I treat myself to Long John’s once a week and it is always the bomb.

This was our second time since the new one was built on East Washington St….So 1st time everything was under cooked and cold and did now want to drive 4 miles back in the snow…Now tonight with a winter storm starting on 1-24-26…7:30pm..we got 2 fish and shrimp, over cooked on everything and shrimp was tiny as heck…the only things that were half way decent was the Green Beans, the Cole Slaw was not cold either…sister said the fish was smaller than it use to be also…so we give up on Long John Silvers after the 45 years we’ve been going, we paid like 30 bucks for 2 dinners and back in the 70’s or 80’s the price would have been.like 8- to 10 bucks for both dinners…..Like they say, nothing last forever, just looked what happened to Burger Chef…sure do miss them:(

The food appeared overcooked, likely fried in old oil, and tasted as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The temperature suggested it wasn’t freshly made, and unfortunately, my partner and I experienced stomach issues after eating.
On top of that, the restaurant clearly lacks strong management. The staff seemed indifferent, and the overall atmosphere reflected a laid-back attitude that didn’t inspire confidence in the food quality or service. This location needs serious improvement.

We had a great experience for dinner tonight! The cashier who helped us throughout our visit was phenomenal! The food was hot and delicious. There’s something about LJS batter that I have always loved. Great food and outstanding customer service!!!!!! Thanks, Ace!!!!!!!!

I pulled up to Long John Silver’s around 7:10 p.m., and it’s now 7:58. The scene out front was absolutely unprofessional—two employees were sitting in a car, clearly smoking something, while what looked like managers stood around talking inside instead of running the store. Nobody seemed to care that customers were waiting or that this looked terrible for business. I’ve never seen a restaurant so poorly managed. Completely unacceptable behavior, and I won’t be coming back.

Ordered fish and chips, didn’t get the chips. I live so far away by the time I noticed it wasn’t even worth going back. But I love their garbage either way (only 1 employee and took forever though)

Went here for the first time in years. Got the fish(2) and chicken(3). Got home and they forgot my fish! But gave me tartar! Gave me chicken but forgot my sauce. So disappointed!

Both Restrooms were out of order per staff. The advertised special on the sign was only available by a coupon(not listed) Food took 40 minutes once ordered. Both ordering kiosks were broken. Had to ask to find that out and to order. Ignored by most of the staff.

I absolutely hate being asked to pull around and park when I order through the drive thru. No cars in front nor back of us and we were parked for over 15 minutes. Food was not as I remembered Long John’s as tasting. I just tasted grease.
