So refreshing, our food was nice and hot, had good service, the service was quick. The atmosphere was nice and clean. This will be our Taco Bell to go to. Thank you for doing a great job! This place is pretty slow, so if ur in a hurry, don’t pick this one. But, if ur a stoner like me, it’s great! Some chill time. Jam to music. People watch. In my opinion, it’s worth the wait cuz they make the stuff fresh and they make it right. And they’re nice and adorable people. They really are trying their best.

Just got told that “due to lack of employees, we are unable to take any orders.” Bro, you’re there and I heard at least one other employee; you clearly arent doing anything else and you’re open for another 3 hours. How many employees does it take to do one order, especially when there are no other customers? I think they just don’t want to work. The day crew is so great, it sucks that the late crew doesn’t do anything.

So incredibly rude, I can’t stand going to this location. I always do a mobile order to minimize how much I have to interact with them. Today’s experience absolutely threw me over the edge, the girl working the drive through would look at me after I asked her a question and proceed to not respond. That is unacceptable, as a paying customer I deserve a little more respect. I always try to be as nice as possible and even at the end wish employees a great day, just to have the window screen shut in my face with no response. Whoever is managing this store should work on teaching workers how to be decent humans because whatever is going on right now is not it.

Worst Taco Bell in the county. The door was locked but in store pick up was available. They asked us to get in line in the drive thru and the line wouldn’t move for 30 minutes almost. Had to drive to Taco Bell on Bridgeton and got my food quicker there even though I live right next to this one.

I would give them zero if I could. Poorest service. Waited 30 minutes for an order. Asked for manager’s number but no response. They said it’s fine if you have waited for 40-50 minutes, just be patient. Slow as hell. Never ever coming back.

We ordered 4 Crunchy Taco Supreme and received 4 crunchy tacos no tomatoes and the sour cream if any was at the bottom making tacos cold! Granted we live less than 5 minutes away!! We had to drive back because nobody answered the phone (3 times calling). The manager was a jerk no customer service no apology Nothing!! We won’t be back!! This place doesn’t rate a one Star!!

There has been a noticeable decline in the food quality here over the past few years sadly. The prices are way overpriced for the quality of food. Today I got the new steak burrito dippers. The steak reminds me of canned alpo dog food. They are not dippable but soggy gross messes. It’s gross. It’s in the garbage. The end pieces of the quesadilla had no cheese or anything- just empty tortillas.

Maybe one of the worst service experiences at a Taco Bell that Ive had. The least friendly workers plus they are wildly slow. Placed a simple order and it took around 20 minutes to come out.
