The workers are slower then the food they produce. Old workers don’t understand how there own stuff works. Obviously people need to be trained. I used to be a manager for a business down the street that owns this Taco Bell as well, don’t think Summit LLC would appreciate the way they treat customers and how helpful they aren’t.

This location hasn’t gotten my order right once in the last 2.5 years. After 4 bad experiences in a row, I stopped going regularly and will drive to Valley Park if I want Taco Bell. Every 6 months I give this place another try, but no improvements over a few years. Also you can’t go inside anymore, drive through only, every time I’ve been since covid.

I came to this Taco Bell with two vouchers for a free taco because my order was severely messed up last time. The voucher says it can be used “One per person, per visit.” I came to order one taco for myself and one taco for my friend. The employee said it was one coupon per car. I said that that was not what is written on the coupon. The employee got frustrated and annoyed. When I pulled up to the drive-through we both read the coupon together. She said they have always only honoured one coupon per visit. I said I’m not asking you to do what you’ve always done’ I’m asking you to do what your corporation has guided on the coupon. 1 coupon per person. She continued to be frustrated and annoyed and did not honor my request. If only one coupon were allowed for a visit then there would not be a need to state one per person, per visit. Seemed pretty straightforward to me. They already messed up my first order which got me the coupons in the first place and made a big deal over one crunchy taco. Come on guys…
