The meat at this taco bell occasionally tastes vastly different than any other taco bell. I drive five minutes further to go to a different one, because it tastes that bad. Also, if you order for delivery from this one, order extra because you will not get all of your food and they won’t do anything to fix it. This place should be studied so that franchise owners can do the opposite. This year alone, I’ve lost a total of $43 in undelivered taco bell from this location… it’s not even March.

I had inside order as I entered someone greeted my warmly and helped me to place kiosk order and my drink cup was ready I didn’t wait for food because it was handed me less then 5 minutes extremely good for sure will be here for my tacos

I stumbled into an upper class taco bell, due to it being in Ballwin and expected the usual whispers, and the unwelcoming feeling of hatred towards the homeless guy as I walked in to warm up, use wifi and spend my rewards but imas I sat for awhile and still not ordered I heard an employee say “sir, you alright” as I figured he was gonna tell me to leave. instead he came over and asked what my situation was as I stuttered to choose my words right and then he told me don’t worry and. asked what I wanted and then hooked me up and sat down with me and introduced himself as Dalton. We briefly shared common stories and for once made me feel like a human being because 99.99% of the time .. the “Homeless guy” isn’t welcomed in any establishment

Placed a mobile order at 2:45 am on what was technically Sunday morning. Even though they closed at 3, the staff all stayed late, working hard to fill the many last minute mobile orders that came in. My boyfriend and I had been in a car accident that evening, and had just left the ER. It felt a little silly for fast food to mean so much to us, but the staff’s kindness and hard work meant a lot. And of course, you can’t go wrong with cheese.

I went to this Taco Bell 2 night in a row ordered the same thing both nights, 2 beefy five layer burritos, no beans, extra nacho cheese, extra sour cream. There was no sour cream on 2 of my burritos, they overcharge for there portions. This Taco Bell is out the bare minimum ingredients in there burritos.

We ordered 2 Mexican pizzas . The shell was so rancid that you could not even take a bite.The beans were so dry and appeared to be stale. When I went back to return the store looked in an awful unhygienic state, I wonder if it should be looked into by the food department. Stay away from this store avoid it like the plague.

This Taco Bell is absolutely terrible. I ordered one soft taco supreme and a large drink and waited over 30 minutes—for a single taco! When I finally got my food, it was just meat and lettuce, nothing like what I ordered. To make it worse, people with larger orders who came in after me got their food first. Completely unacceptable service and terrible attention to detail.

The absolute WORST service i’ve ever had, they were out of EVERYTHING(NO cinammon, NO baja, NO twists) they lied STRAIGHT to my face when questioned as to the whereabouts to my missing BURITTTTO and i’m still waiting on that BURITTO, to sum this entire evening up 5 stars this was perchance an absolutely perfectly indubliously horrendous experience.
