Staff was quick and friendly in the drive through but when I get home with my meal, this is what my “tacos” looked like. Like WTH there was barely anything in my tacos. So disappointing, won’t be coming back to this location.

Paid $50 for food and didn’t receive our full order. We asked the young brunette drive thru girl “Is this our whole order?” when she handed us one bag and she said yes but turns out it wasn’t. We went back in to have the rest of our items made. When we walked up to the front counter there was a younger guy with medium blonde ish hair and glasses that was helping people. After the customers in front of us were done and moved aside we walked up and he said “I’m clocked out.” Even though we were directly behind them. Like okay??? They took our bag back to the dine in side station to count our items. They said they put the 3 missing items in the bag but when we got home and distributed the food we were STILL missing our steak dipping burritos and my chalupa shell was extremely old. This happens literally every single time. I used to work at Taco Bell, it is NOT that hard. This is getting ridiculous. Customers pay $50 and can’t even get their full order because they have incompetent employees.

I just went up there and the manager said she isn’t replacing it and I said so is this pizza acceptable and she said no and I said so why can’t you replace it and she was raising her voice and telling me she was going to call the cops. Not busy and still got the order wrong. Mobile order, 6 doritos tacos no lettuce which came with extra lettuce, 2 crunch wrap supreme came with nearly no meat, the gordia crunch was pretty much raw, and both the potatoes and fries were cold. It’s a assembly line with a screen people, yet they ruined my kids dinner! Do better Taco Bell!!

Couple of times have we ordered our shell tacos and they are always blowing cold. No need cheese. Anything in them sticking to the wrappers literally they break every time to waste the nachos we get from them. You ask no beans just give us beans no cheese on it And always tasting like cardboard spend a lot of my money here and never get good food. I recommend this place for you. Then you take our order back and they refuse to fix it. Ridiculous.

My meal was $6.67 and I gave them $6.70 and didn’t receive any change. On top of that I didn’t get my cheese and chips for my $7 box. I will not be robbed by my local Taco Bell so I won’t be back.
