When this location opened up I was a little iffy about the employees working here because of the first 2 or 3 experiences I’ve had with them being rude , forgetting things we asked for , etc . I came back today (02-12-26) and everything was perfect the employees were soooo sweet !! Very nice and friendly. Got everything right on the first go ! So glad that I had this experience!

I walked into Taco Bell. Matthew greeted me and offered to help me put in my order. He was very polite and helpful. He made sure all of my order was correct when it was ready. He even walked me over to the drink station to make sure I had my trays for my drinks. I give him 5 stars for customer service!

I get you guys are once again new to the town but that doesn’t mean give your customers more beans than meat just so they won’t come back. Plus I already know you give out more beans so nobody comes back. Check who your employees are talking too

The food is decent, the service questionable. It’s only my third time to this new location, so… But the one thing I know for sure is the dining in experience isn’t pleasant. Even though it’s brand new the dinning area is tiny and everything seems to be in the wrong place other than the order counter. Cramped, jam packed, loud and hard to navigate. I recommend drive thru…. Unless you like 20 screaming children in a 15x15ft enclosure with everyone one else talking etc.
