Absolutely love Taco Bell. But I’m always dissatisfied with how very little taco meat they put on anything. I even paid extra to have additional meat and steak added. I couldn’t tell that there was any additional meat. There was steak added but only about five or six little bitty strips. I wasn’t expecting a whole steak or anything but certainly not 6 itty bitty little strips that were smaller then The size of a quarter.

Just beyond tired of the attitude from the workers. One in particular that I don’t care to learn the name of. Just constantly has something to say. A little bit ago I was missing an item out of my bag so went back to let them know. The original girl I talked to was trying to figure it out and then another jumped on the speaker and started immediately arguing with me telling me that it wasn’t on my order. Whole time they had a different persons order pulled up. Even after realizing they were in the wrong the attitude was still present and there was no apology. Then recently I went and there was a sign on the speaker telling people to pull up if they couldn’t hear anything so we sat and waited and no one said anything so we assumed it was the speaker just like the sign said so we pulled to the window and was instantly met with attitude because we didn’t check in at the speaker. I was just following what the sign said. But I guess that’s my bad lol. They really need to work on their customer service cause it getting ridiculous. If you hate your job that much then quit. No one is forcing you to stay and I know it’s not the pay that’s keeping you there

Stopped at this location twice while traveling, both times after 10pm. Staff was enthusiastic & friendly on both occasions. Food was amazing & made correctly. Absolutely recommend stopping here

Had the worst experience here tonight. I came with my family after taking them school shopping. We were all super hungry and craving taco bell. I ordered 4 boxes. Some of the items in each box had special requests. Anyways everything thing came bunch up on 2 trays with no makers or anything showing what was what and what was special. They could have at least put each person’s in a separate box knowing that they are not all the same. Upon finding out what everything is by having to open everyone’s stuff we realized that half of the order was made incorrectly. The first lady that took our order understood and said she would have it remade. Then another lady came from the back and said that she wanted the food back because she was only going to remake what was messed up. So I gave her the 7 messed up items. I clarified with that lady how my order should be and when she brought it back out she had me check it in front of her which I did and then I told her that my food was still incorrect. She stated to me that she clarified which I agreed that I did but it’s still not right. She went back and a 3rd lady appeared and said ” ma’am I made your food twice, your gonna have to pay for it again if you want it remade a 3rd time.” (Mind you every messed up food item she took back.) At this point me and my family have been here 30 minutes and still haven’t eaten. I told her why would I pay for a food I already paid for and never fully received. So she said she didn’t have to serve me and said I can get my money back. And I did. The customer service was the poorest I’d ever seen in any restaurant ever!! Taco Bell is one of my favs but I will never return to this store And I will urge everyone not to go there and be treated like that. I was very polite about it until I was told I wouldn’t be served because THEY couldn’t fix THEIR mistakes. Don’t go here!

I used to love taco bell but I just spent twenty dollars for two meals and my food had less than 4 table spoons of meat between all the food. Honestly they should be ashamed of themselves. Chipotle who gives basically no meat gives you more. If I’m every in the mood for a sub par grilled tortilla and toppings I might go back but it definitely won’t be for a meal.
