This was honestly the best Taco Bell experience I have ever had (this is saying a lot, as Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant). The lady running the drive thru? Incredibly sweet. The food? Filled to the brim (no half-empty chalupas here) and delicious. And all at like 9pm when most fast food workers would be annoyed with you for even showing up! Could not be more happy with my experience.

This week stopped at the Mt. Lion Taco Bell . The Customer Service was professional and amicable. However, after confirming my order twice thru the drive thru I was was missing the additional items I requested, as well as not charged for them. I parked and received the in complete order. I addressed the the issue with the young man who brought it. He assisted me with correcting the matter inside the restaurant. I paid and left. The temperature was 20° degrees.

Just remodeled and already filthy. The tiles are stained, and the floor was so greasy/slippery it wasn’t safe. Keep your kitchen cleaner and use a different mop for the bathroom. No one should slide into the toilet

I had a mobile order and had to wait 20 + minutes after I arrived. One of the workers had two of child in here screaming and crying and running behind where the kitchen is. Why not just call off and close the store if this is what it’s gonna happen.

I ate at Taco Bell, my food was hot and fresh and the employees provided excellent customer service. So the Taco Bell by White Oaks Mall in Decatur, Il is worth a stop.

Ordered online through my app and they forgot half of our food and the other half was a joke. The store did make it right today by replacing the food and giving us a card for a free combo but it will be awhile before we are back. Pictured here is supposed to be a spicy potato soft taco. The staff here are friendly and so patient! I walked into a FULL lobby just before they closed the indoor area and they all handled it with professionalism and grace and looked cute doing it. The best taco bell in the world!!! my food also tasted like it was made with love. ty guys youre the GOAT
