They are fast, at making food…so fast that they wouldn’t wait on the 6 people wanting to order. I finally went to the kiosk and ordered. Received my order 5 minutes later. They were all still waiting to order.
The place needed to be cleaned. Stuff all over the floor. Tables dirty.
If your hungry, take a chance.

Worst service I’ve experienced at this location. There were four elderly customers who were told they had to use the self-serve kiosk because staff were “too busy” to take their order. They hesitated and clearly weren’t comfortable with that option, and instead of helping them, the employee told them they would “need to learn to adapt.” They ended up leaving without ordering. A kiosk should be an option, not the only option.
When I spoke up and said seniors shouldn’t be forced to use the kiosk, the employee became defensive and rude instead of being respectful or helpful.
To top it off, when my food was ready (marked dine-in), she tossed my bag onto the counter without calling my name or showing any basic courtesy, even though other customers were still waiting. Disrespectful from start to finish. I won’t be returning.

Do not go to 9th street taco bell! Horrible service, to busy having fun being loud. Last couple times I went my orders were sloppy and short items. Others I know say the exact same thing about it. Don’t waste your time trying to get ahold of anyone there in person or the phone. People will walk away from the counter and stay gone when you walk-in. There phone just rings and rings tell you get a hang up sound. Call back after call back no answer. Drive thru or mobile app, your gonna get a messed up or sloppy served order.

The place was absolutely filthy. The floor was covered in nasty leaking water around the trash cans and fountain area. The trash itself was completely over flowing. None and I mean NONE of the tables were clean. We had to use a napkin and water from the fountain machine just to have a somewhat clean table. The floors looked like they had not been swept or mopped at all. Honestly, it had a weird smell when you walked in too. I can only imagine if the dinning room looked like that what does the kitchen look like? We stood in line for quite awhile before we even got waited on. When we got our food we were missing part of it! The thing about it is we were there at 3:00 and it was us and one other table. Just overall not good at all.

Only time in my life I’ve told someone my order was wrong and instead of looking at the food they started going line for line through my incorrect recipe not talking. In hindsight now I’m not hangry having 3 adults looking at a recipe and not the food like I’m the one lying was awesome. I didn’t even get all my food 10/10 will be back

Walked in 10 minutes before the dining room closed. I was greeted immediately by the General manager. He said that he was the new one and sadly I forget his name but he was awesome! He helped me with my order and even suggested that I try a chicken burrito which was amazing! I hope that kid stays at this location because it’s really starting to look nice and the people are starting to become better!

While staff was nice the food was very disappointing. The tacos had almost no filling. It appears that they were running low meat and haphazardly threw the tacos together as fast as the could. In addition they were out of several soda types. Combined with a dirty dining area I don’t ever think I will return to this location. Please bring back the Taco Bell we know and love. This was not it.

They’ve been doing us dirty lately. Every food item we ordered tonight was messed up and for some reason everything had jalapeños. I was okay with picking them off, but our 8yo wasn’t too happy. They were fast, I’ll give them that though. Last time we went, we just got 2 baja blasts and the lady had a nasty tone. She had such an attitude that she snatched the money rudely and dang near slammed the drinks into my boyfriend’s hands. We’re always polite and keep a friendly tone because we know how much customers can suck. Please don’t take your bad day out on neutral customers. It hurts us too.
