Food; hit the spot, exactly what I ordered, exactly what I expect from a functional Taco Bell.

Service : you get to cosplay working here. dine-in here is 100% kiosk self serve. Be sure to budget in 10-15 minutes to learn an ordering system. There were almost no interactions with the staff to speak of but they were just fine.

Atmosphere: also fine. Store is clean and organized, bathroom was tidy and private.

I don’t have a high bar of expectations when it comes to any Taco Bell, but this one really brings down the average. Taco Bell is meant to be cheap and fast. Sat in drive through line for 15 minutes plus 10 minutes more at the window. Still didn’t have order right. Finally got it and it was just thrown careless half wrapped into the bag. When I asked for a refund the lady at the window said they can’t do that. Had to go inside to finally get a refund. Never again

Great for a calorie fix, bad for a schedule…or at least my experiences. The shop is way too small for the crowd they were pulling, making the wait times pretty brutal. Also, don’t get your hopes up on the sauce—they’ll ask you twice and still give you nothing (or the wrong thing). It’s the only place where ‘Fire’ sauce is actually a ‘Ghost’ sauce.

My friend and I were driving. Lost. Without hope. But then, we see her. A beacon of light, gently lit by soft yellow street lights, with her iconic illuminated purple bell flickering in the distance. Taco Bell. We pulled up to the drive-through, and that’s when we heard it. The sweetest sound of our lives. A buttery voice coming from no other man but “Goku”, the employee who served us through and through. He who went above and beyond to ensure we had nothing short of the finest, most brilliant midnight dining experience. He is every man. Chef, comedian, friend, brother, customer service expert, mathematical genius, and…artist. A true master of his craft, always going above and beyond. He turned what would have been just a midnight run to Taco Bell into what felt like coming home and feeling the culinary warm embrace of Mama’s famous chicken n’ dumplin’ soup after a long deployment. The Bean and Cheese Burritos, the Chicken Chalupa, and the Avocado Ranch Crispy Chicken Soft Taco were to die for. In particular, the Avocado Ranch Crispy Chicken Soft Taco was delicious enough to make a grown man cry. Between the zesty blend of avocados, buttermilk, and a signature blend of spices ranch, the perfectly cooked golden tenders, the cold, refreshing iceberg, and the pleasant, daring, bold surprise of freshly shredded purple cabbage and lime-marinated diced tomatoes made this dish nothing short of perfection. In addition, the Pepsi was fantastic. It was so crisp, effervescent, and perfectly sweet and sexy that it felt like I was drinking a reverse burp. Lowkey moaned after my first sip. This Pepsi could’ve only been made possible by Goku’s clear attention to detail and maintenance of their fountain drink machine, keeping it in pristine condition. Goku, the safe-haven that was this Taco Bell on a cold December night, the Pepsi, and the dishes that pleased without fail, make life worth living. They make this beautiful country we call home worth fighting for. And THEY receive my full “hell yeah brother” for their sheer dedication and commitment to excellence. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

Service is usually fast even with a decent size line around dinner time. This comes at a price of your food being made with a seething hatred for getting anything more than half the ingredients into your tortillas. Employees could have also used a couple more years in English class.

Honestly this place has been “hit or miss” since we moved into the area. Was impressed by the quality at first, but over past year it has decline gradually. I don’t know if it’s staff or the franchise using lower grade ingriedients but it’s a noticable shift in the wrong direction. All the employees just come off angry and annoyed to be there, which honestly I get it. Just a shame to see a place slowing sink it’s brand.

I’ve been coming here a long time but recently this place has gone down hill and which sucks. I just went there with my girlfriend last night the dude didn’t even great just said what do you want. Told him then I was thinking about something else and before I could even say anything he said okay pull forward. Btw this is like 3 hours before they close. Pull up and he takes my card did ask for anything and then handed me the food and shut the window didn’t say anything I thought there was more coming to be honest. I was so surprised this happened it’s never been this bad here. And went home to find my food was burnt on top it. This really has gone down hill and needs some serious changes.

This was the worst taco bell experience I’ve ever had. Which is really saying something. The employees don’t give a crap if they get your food right or not, they barely speak legible English which wouldn’t be a problem if they had any manners at all. Food was cold, not made right, or just sloppy in general. We won’t be back. Drive the extra mile and a half and go to the one down the road.

i’ve ordered 3-4 times in the last 3 weeks and every time, i’ve ordered a LARGE frozen baja blast, paid for it, and received a medium or small, and my brother orders a medium strawberry baja blast and receives a small or nothing at all. if you want a large, save your money and order a medium because that’s all you’re going to get. we’ve reported it in the app and nothing has been fixed. it’s been weeks and the same issue. at first we figured they were out of the large cups but they just size down every drink.
