I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience was disappointing. The cashier was not friendly at all — no greeting or smile, just seemed irritated to take my order. When I got home, I realized my chicken quesadilla was missing entirely from my bag. On top of that, my Doritos Locos taco had an actual piece of plastic inside the shell.

I understand mistakes happen, but between the poor customer service, missing food, and unsafe item in my meal, this visit was unacceptable.

Had the food door dashed so can’t speak to the service or atmosphere, but I am LOVING the mini taco salad! Not only am I glad it is back on the menu, but although it LOOKS small and cute, but it’s very filling and no waste like the taco salads from the old days. Now if they just brought back the shredded chicken ceaser club chalupas from the 2000’s and added street corn I’d be happy. Cause potatoes and beans aren’t really the best veggies.

The worst taco bell experience in a while. OUT OF MILD SAUCE!!!!! Like.. how???? Also no lettuce on any of my tacos. What a waste of time and money today. Look how sad this taco looks. Unbelievable. None of the workers acted like they even wanted to be there in the first place. Not good

Used to be better. We have had several issues this year. From ice in drinks that said “no ice” on the order, to items being missing and issues with correcting errors with the app. The ice might not seem like an issue to some but we don’t want it for two reasons, 1 our town was known to have PFAS in the water months ago and 2 the storage of ice is not 100% sanitary and I am extremely immunocompromised. We have been served soda where the syrup and carbonation have been awful, but were given a nasty product anyways. This has happened 40% of the time.

I will mention the employees at the windows have gotten nicer, for a while there was a young brunette that did not greet and often didn’t speak during our entire interaction. She would always have a displeased look on her face which was not very welcoming.

My last issue is the mobile app which I’ll review separately in the App Store. It glitches out every single time we use it. From being unable to complete orders or items disappearing and needing to be added to the bag repeatedly. We had an issue today where a reward showed being added and my total was $25 and change but then as soon as I submitted, my total updated to $31 and change. I immediately went in to cancel, within 1-2 seconds but it would not allow me to do so. My reaction was instant so I should have been allowed to cancel it. My husband picked the order up on his way home from work and I was on the phone with him and the manager did nothing to help. This is why we will not visit the location any longer. The situation was not rectified or even attempted to be resolved and they claimed the food was already made by the time he got there. That’s fine, but the fact they would not remove the promo item that the app neglected to grant is my issue.

Bad experience with mobile app. Submitted an order on the app for in store pick up. App said order was being made. Waited 20 minutes and watched others, who ordered after me, get their order before me. The asked where my mobile order is. They then started to make it. What is the point of this app if no one is trained on how to process those orders in a timely manner? Terrible.

Don’t eat here their tacos are plastic, I’ve seen many reviews here talking about it. Their taco shell was very stale and it all tasted bad as if it was left out and expired. I also had ordered delivery a couple of times before and they always mess my order up or take a whole hour to deliver and it’s always cold. Food always smells and tastes bad, really don’t eat here.

No longer going to this Taco Bell would rather drive 20-30 min to get it then 5. Asked for no beans on my nachos because I’m allergic and can’t have them and not noticing because meat was all over it it covered the beans and i ended up eating some. Places need to listen to orders, take their time and ect before handing out the food.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this Taco Bell was a mess. It took over 30 minutes just to get my food, and it wasn’t even busy. The staff seemed unorganized and didn’t care about customer service at all. When I finally got my order, no apology, no explanation—just bad attitude. Honestly one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had.

Don’t waste your time with this one, go down the street to the one by the home depot. Melissa was very rude. She stated the order price after I said one item then saying “well hurry up” when I said there was more to the order. Then I had to go back because they didnt put 3 items in the bag out of the maybe 12 single items I ordered (4 identical burritos, 3 soft tacos, 1 crunchwrap, 3(missing) chips, and a drink.) This location is hit and miss but 95% of the time its a huge miss.
