I ordered a 3 cheese chicken flatbread melt. There was almost nothing on it. Not only that, but I greeted the worker and they said not a word to me. I said thank you, have a nice night, and my card was handed back to me and the window was slammed shut. They were incredibly rude and gave me the worst food I’ve ever gotten from Taco Bell. I don’t expect 5 star service at Taco Bell, but I do expect there to be more than half a teaspoon of filling in my food. I also wasn’t expecting lettuce on my flatbread melt, but that’s cool I guess.

Over the intercom you could hear the servers asking about what the last order had on it despite having just taken it. It wasn’t busy. Food came out fast, but wasn’t worth it. Gordita hard shell was stale, the “soft” outer dry. Not toasted, not steamed, just raw and dry. Cantina chicken tacos? Yeah. What chicken? And can you even call it a taco if you have to eat it with a fork? I’ve never had issues with this one before, whoever was working the shift @ 7:20 pm Tuesday August 12th, 2025 is not the kind of people you want your food made by. I never complain or even bother to leave revues for anything other than good business, but I won’t even drive back to get a refund. Horrendous service, awful food, and disappointment.

I went to this Taco Bell a few nights ago and my experience was horrible. I waited at this speaker at least one minute before anyone took my order. It was 1 o’clock in the morning and they said they was in the middle of a shift change, which is awkward and I had to hold for another two minutes. When I got to the window, the guy and a girl were joking around and horse plan. I seen the child running around inside. My order was incorrect at all. I spent $35. I really could’ve went elsewhere. I’m never going back to this Taco Bell again. They need to shut it down.

I went to this location Thursday night after picking my wife up from work. I had to repeat my order 3 times before I was told they had it. I spent $40 and got home and none of my food was right. I went back to try to have the order corrected and was told they’re only doing door dash and app orders. I’ve been calling the store since Friday morning and have been met with nothing but attitude. The staff Thursday night was unprofessional and had attitudes and so does the rest of the staff. I haven’t been able to get in touch with an manager at all. Apparently managers never work. I want a full refund of my money or I’m reporting this place to the BBB.

Absolutely terrible food. Ordered 3 crunchy taco supremes and a crunchwrap supreme on my way to work, opened up the tacos and there was hardly any meat whatsoever, barely anything else, and no sour cream at all. opened up the crunchwrap and somehow it was even worse than the tacos. one star is too high of a rating, will not return to this location

The drive-through wasn’t working so I had to go inside With my two kids. I waited 20 minutes To get 10 Doritos Locos tacos. As soon as I got them, I went home To eat them but they were so soggy I wasn’t even able to take a bite without it falling apart. I’m so sick of this. $40 down the toilet.

The manager in this place is horrible the food is trash and the have mice running around the place went to get food on my break to only find rat poop in the Conner of the wrapping went to get my money back and they treated me like I was the reason they had mice i spoke to the girl that was at the window and she was acting like she didn’t want to help me so she goes get the GM and tells me that I have to come on the inside and I asked her. Why did I have to come on the inside? she said because I was running up their drive-through timer so I came on inside of the store and there was another customer in there, complaining about the same thing and said that they’re not gonna do anything about it because they all work together. That’s the mother the daughter and the girlfriend. This is so sad that people go and spend their whole own money and get treated the way they do. especially at this location is always something here. They need to shut that place down. Call the health department because it doesn’t make any sense that y’all allow this to happen.

I just want to say as a DoorDash driver this location makes sure everything is together. I don’t eat Taco Bell so can’t speak on the food but the customer service is on point
