So I walked in a was told only way I could order was to use self serve kiosk. Chicken Quesadilla would have been $6.19 and soft taco supreme $2.89, so for >$9.00+ tax I could wait on myself! Chose Margaritas West about half mile down the street. Had a polite server and complimentary chips and salsa and spent the same.

15/10 would not recommend this Taco Bell. I’ve lived near this Taco Bell my whole life and in the past few years it’s gone down hill. You used to be able to order and GET what you order. Now this time I did have a longer order as I was getting food for my whole family. Immediately, as I’m ordering I can already tell the food was gonna be messed up. As I was ordering the guy kept going off and I couldn’t just order. I get to the window, he reads me “my order” and I proceed to tell him he’s missing a few things, he rings them up and I’m thinking okay cool. I get my receipt and then told to pull forward. As I’m looking at the receipt I noticed I was charged extra for things I didn’t order. I see a worker come out and explain to him I was over charged, he told me no it’s correct and I’m like well the receipt said other wise. He goes back in and brings me my food and tells me he was in fact wrong. Like yes sir I knew that, that’s why I said something. He takes my receipt and card to charge the correct price. I start checking the food and he comes back out with just the card saying it’s fixed, I stopped checking the food at this point. I didn’t get a receipt with the correct charge and I go home, which is like 5 minutes from this tacobell and start pulling everything out. I’m missing items and have items I didn’t order. I could’ve done a better job checking but that’s not my job, as a customer, I’m expecting to get what I paid for. I seriously don’t understand how hard it is to just listen, take the correct order, and make sure all the food is in the bag. And for people who would be like well you try it, I have and do. I work in an actual restaurant serving and bagging Togo orders. It’s really not that hard to make sure people get what they’ve paid for and ordering.

Absolutely horrible quality even for a taco bell. The hard shell tacos were literally falling apart. I mean the shell not the food inside. Since when do hardshell tacos fall apart and stick to the paper… Customer service was bad as well. I do NOT recommend going here.

I placed an online order on my way to this store and it took OVER AN HOUR for 3 items. It was ridiculous! Definitely don’t waste your time here! Just go to a different Taco Bell. If I could leave a zero star rating I would.

To many kids here playing not doing their job, not cooking and mixing food right. Likely to get your food wrong. Don’t toast the soft or hard tocos. Lie like freeze is down. Just try any other Taco Bell before having to go here! And I love all tacos, but don’t just do me any kind of way.

The food was great!! Big problem we had was we used the mobile app to order.. they had no hardshell tacos, no mild sauce and no cinabon bites. We were told at drive thru what they were out of and what they could do as a substitute. Never offered half off, free, discounted anything. Was kind of shocked actually.. Ive been in food service and retail most of my working life and if we didn’t have what we said we did, they didn’t pay for it and substituted as close as possible.

Never reviewed a fast food restaurant but wow this was awful. Try to place order through the drive through, no one responded for a solid minute until I said something. Then told that they were out of burritos, quesadillas, and Doritos tacos… um ok what do you have left?

This is the worst Taco Bell I have been, they never have anything when we try to go there. An example would be tonight my fiancé and I were told they were out of burritos, quesadillas and nacho bell grandes I am not sure how that happens because that means that everything they have to offer is out, I feel like this is a cop out so workers don’t have to do anything because this is not the first time we have been told something like that at this establishment it is upsetting and irritating because it forces us to never wanting to give them business again..
