This is my 3rd time trying to send this review. For the past 6 months I have ordered thru the Uber/Door dash App. There’s been many times where this place will send old food, food I didn’t order, make up an ordered or no food at all. They have also charged against the written price on the app. My most recent order was today. I ordered 12 wing BONE IN combo. I received 1 pkg of BONELESS garlic Parmesan wings torn to pieces to look like more, a lrg sweet tea BUT NO 2 SIDES bcuz I upgraded to a lrg. So in other words I didn’t receive anything but a lrg sweet tea. My other order was (2) 6 piece BONE IN wings 1 lemon pepper & 1 bbq & 6 CT biscuits. Instead I got 2 bbq wings or 1 bbq wing and 1 sum other kind and the 6 CT biscuits.
1or 2 times is considered an isolated incident. Multiple times is a known fact of COMMON PRACTICE. I WILL CONTACT MY BANK on Tuesday morning and let’s see if we can put an end to this BS!!! Then I’m going to contact corporate and see if we can shine some light on this FOLEY location. You can’t cheat me for your own personal gain. The ONLY THING THAT HAS BEEN CONSISTENT IS THEM RECEIVING EXACTLY WHAT THEY WANT AND THAT’S MY $$$$$‼️ THIS BS WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN I GUARANTEE YOU THIS ‼️ Oh and the torn up bone less wing is ACTUALLY A TORN UP CHICKEN TENDER.

Go there in person and check it before you leave. Wanted only 1 breast,2 wings,4 thighs, and 3 legs. Got 3 breasts, 1 wing, 3 thighs, and 3 legs and it was spicy instead of mild.One side was supposed to be a large Cajun rice, got 2 small ones instead. On top of that, I placed my order on the app 2 hours in advance. I don’t understand how you can mess that up but they did. I was born in New Orleans and this Popeyes is a disgrace!!!

Do not get that nasty cupcake five nights at freddy’s whatever that is. Tastes like poison. Pretty sure it was one bite of cancer. Was just a biscuit with some artificial pink slime on top. Oh! And the Freddybox was mid. 0/10

This was one of the cleanest fast-food restaurants we have visited. Not a drop of dirt on the floor or finger prints on doors or windows. Definitely no grease smeared appliances as often seen in establishments like this.
The dining area is well decorated and makes you feel comfortable while eating. A nice large screen TV provides a non-distracting, yet centrally located form of information. They only run the news.
Staff was friendly and very curteous at all times. When I asked a question concerning how hot the wings were in terms of spicy, the manager stepped right in handed me a small sample, so I could be sure the family would like them. We ended up ordering meals for everybody in our group!
This is a good place to eat without feeling like your in a fast-food establishment. Check my photos and see for yourself.

This Popeyes is very inconsistent. Frequently serving warmed over (dried out) chicken and usually out of either mild, spicy of specific pieces (no mild wings, yesterday).

Food is amazing, but they ALWAYS mess up our order. Been going here for years and our order is always messed up somehow. Like today they forgot our Cajun rice, apple pies, AND gave us 4 biscuits instead of our 8 we got.

Haven’t been to Popeyes in a while mostly do to the poor service and food quality that you get but today I’ve drove past this location and I said to myself it’s been a while went in the drive-through. I was pleasantly surprised that the people at the drive-through window were nice and the food came out fast. I wish I lived closer to this location.

Chicken from today’s order. Tried just sending Popeyes an email asking for refund..but emails will not go through on their server. Popeyes…if you’re listening…what is a good email to request a refund of order. Lobby is closed.. so can’t just stop by location.
