When you spend a good amount of money on a food order and ask the cashier if everything is in the bag and it’s not you would assume the manager would be able to refund without making you come back into the store. Horribly policy for something that should be simple. Check your bags before driving off here because they will gladly keep your money.

Review update 3/13/2025: see photo of item smothered in “caliente” sauce. That’s how I was served my food. Uhh…. Yeah… no thanks. Lol. Removing a star because even though this location is pretty good most the time, you can get unlucky like today

This Taco Bell has the best service of all the Champaign Urbana area Taco Bell locations.
Also, the roof and painting was redone in summer 2024 and building looks nice.
Friendly drive thru employees every time that I’ve gone there.
Orders are accurate almost 100% of the time that I’ve gone there.
I drive extra to go to this location versus other Taco Bell options because this location has professional and friendly staff.

The food is good and is given in a timely manner, but you HAVE to double check what is in your bag at this location because they will ALWAYS mess up something or forget something.

After I ordered the staff didn’t acknowledge me or my wife, not one word was said, even after I asked a question about our order. Now this wasn’t a problem. I understand everyone has bad days, but when we got home her quesadilla was as thin as a piece of paper and our food was cold. I wasn’t going to leave a review but based off of the other reviews on this location, I feel like this review should level out the 5 star reviews from the employees’ friends. Lol.

I went a little before midnight 8/31/2025 got soft shell tacos and the meat was spoiled. My daughter said it tasted funny. I opened one and smelled it. Last time I go there.

Went to the drive thru. Got home and discovered that both of my taco wrappers were dripping wet as were the tortillas…gross! Called, but was offered a refund only if I came in same day with no further options of fixing the issue. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE!

My most recent order was missing the majority of modifications I paid for, the crispy chicken taco’s shell was extremely tough, and the grilled cheese burrito had no tortilla strips. I’ve had consistent issues with this location and missing ingredients.
