Went here just to do a review as I was doing a delivery and noticed that the person making the meals was using a microwave. Sure enough I came back to do the review and watched the person pull out the meat patty and place the cheese on the patty with the bottom part of the bun and in the microwave it went. They were doing this all the time to the customers. Dry meat now and the bottom bun soggy. Do not go here and expect it to be done your way because it will not be.

I went through the drive thru, and they really need to replace the system because the order taker couldn’t hear me and I was shouting. To his credit he was calm and read back my order several times until it was correct, but I feel bad for him, this has happened before, and I know it’s the equipment.
I was having a rough day and he noticed and offered me a crown to cheer me up. It made me smile.
Order was correct and food was good.

I will be honest when I pulled into the parking lot I was a little nervous. It was 6pm on a Friday and we were the only car in the parking lot.
Walking in we were welcomed right away. Our order was taken and the food was up fresh and as ordered within 5 minutes.
The place was mostly clean. Several of the tables could have used a wipe down but other than that it was clean.
Overall it was fine for a quick place to get a burger.

The place is disgusting. There is bugs and cobwebs in the corner of the front windows ants all over the windows and the floors. The 2nd shift staff is rude and they’re not friendly. I’m a driver for a delivery service, and it is disgusting and I wouldn’t eat there. The experience in this restaurant first shift and second shift they’re all disrespectful to the customers. The restaurant is filthy and the arrogance that protrudes from the staff and then the is compounded with laziness is ever so apparent once you go into that restaurant. Do not eat here the place is disgusting with bugs and filth, and the staff do not care about their job, customers, or your food.

Me and my boyfriend placed an order for pick up and can 100% say we will never be going to this location again. We ordered 2 whoppers and a 16 piece chicken nugget. When we went thru the drive thru to pick it up they never even answered the drive thru and we had to go in. Upon going in I ran to the bathroom while we waited. The floors were sticky throughout the entire restaurant. I took less than 5 minutes in the bathroom. When I came out my boyfriend was still standing there waiting for anyone to talk to him. There was nobody else inside. There was a worker behind the counter. She was completely ignoring him and a 2nd costumer until 3rd costumer walked in. Upon getting our food it was cold and haphazardly thrown in the bag. Our fries were spilled and sideways. The most irritating part of this whole situation was half my chicken nuggets were missing. Out of the 16 nuggets I ordered and paid for I only received 8. We also only ordered 2 ranch sauces and they threw 10 different sauces in the bag and forgot my ranch. I normally love Burger King but this place makes me never want to eat it again.

This place is very dirty spiderwebs in the corners of window floor very sticky fries on floor food and garbage left on tables and they don’t have customers in lobby so that is the time to clean up but instead sitting in the kitchen and talking and being on there phones is more important than the looks of your store

There is a severe language barrier with a majority of workers at this location which causes them to consistently get my order wrong but lately I have been getting a lot of attitude from one of the young male workers in the drive through so much that I do not trust him handling my food.

The staff ignored us at the counter for 5 minutes before taking our order, then the Gen Mgr Jonathan barely spoke as I ordered and when he did he mumbled and tried to hurry us through the order when I was still speaking. The screen said fries since I had the receipt with my survey from a prior experience at another store (which was extremely positive) but I confirmed three times that they could sub in onion rings, but I got fries anyway. They also did not give me BBQ sauce when I ordered it. When I went up to get it fixed I was ignored for another 5 minutes even though someone was standing there with their back turned. Besides that, the whopper patty I got was dry. However, there were no other customers in the store and the bathroom looked freshly cleaned so the atmosphere was fine.
