It’s 9:08 AM now, and the bespectacled Black woman inside won’t let me in, saying I can only order by car, and she’s not being polite at all. She told another customer to come back in 15 minutes. If this branch opens at 9:20 AM, update your online opening hours! If it opens at 9:00 AM, provide your staff with the necessary training.

TacoBell is a favorite of mine. This location specifically has left me disappointed. It was halloweekend at 2am when I ordered online (they close at 3:30am). I understand a bit of a line for the given night, but this was beyond terrible. I was not allowed inside to pick up my order and got stuck in a line until 4am. The people working did their best, but the manager definitely let us all down. I went once again a week afterwards and I was the only one in line. The order still took about 30 minutes despite me ordering online at my apartment. I think many hard workers quit after the halloweekend fiasco. Management is making this location a flop.

I’ve tried to come to this location multiple times and nearly every time they’ve forgot something from my order. There’s a couple other locations in Champaign/Urbana, you’re better off driving the extra few minutes to one of the other ones.

The burrito on the right is a $1.79 bean burrito, and the burrito on the left is the $6.99 chicken cantina burrito. I am so over fast food places charging outrageous prices for practically nothing. This is not the only Taco Bell location that I’ve ordered these same items and received this trash. I don’t know if this is what they’re telling all Taco Bell locations how do make burritos or just the locations near me, but its a common trend. $10 for two slim burritos. What happened to the days where you’d get tons of food for a fraction of the cost we’re paying now?

So I placed an order at 905, mind you it said this location opens at 9. So im assuming the high employee walking in was the one who answered the phone while I was at the drive in. When I asked why haven’t I been helped shes like because we’re closed, i said it says you’re open at 9 she tells me to pull to the window, rude unprofessional but I get it we seen you walk in so I wouldn’t expect much better. Then the drive thru person is like can you come back in 15 minutes.. incompetent staff when I said its past 9 it was like looking at a deer in the headlights, after I said can I just cancel my order it took even longer to figure out the answer to that. Probably one of the worst T Bells in Champaign with the crap attitude and cant even show up for work on time an not high. Waste of my morning I guess I get the the win of having to wait for my canceled order to refund to my card. Do Better.

I went through the drive through and they staff was polite and helpful. The food was NOT good and my order had that nasty cheese sauce that is NOT normally part of the item. My food was sloppily put together and it took an extra 7 minutes in the drive through of me sitting at the window waiting for my order. One item (of the 2…which were the exact same) was missing some ingredients. Definitely not happy this time!!!!

Ordered extra chicken for my girlfriends quesidilla no extra chicken.
Ordered 2 burritos. Way smaller than usual. Ordered chicken nuggets, spilled in the bag full of sauce I didn’t order. Everything was cold on top of that. Don’t waste your time on this location.
