From the moment we entered the restaurant, the employee greeted us warmly, then told us, “Be careful, the coffee is very hot.” Then she came back again and emphasized to us, “Be careful, the coffee is very hot!” But to our surprise, after we took the coffee, we found it to be lukewarm, or rather, almost cold.

Double check your orders before leaving. Don’t bother expecting no salt on fries.
My order is simple, McChicken Meal, so not usually messed up anywhere. But 2 out of maybe 10 orders here now it seems they remember sauce for the nuggets and just forget the nuggets altogether. Ask for no salt and they still put salt on your fries too.
Called the first time about it, but ended up spending 15 minutes on the phone for a 4pc nugget and then 10 minutes at the drive through the next day to get the managers verbal agreement honored… it just isn’t worth trouble. But that $0.67 cheeseburger deal on the app is decent right now.
I’ll just go back to Wawa and using the Sarno location if I really want McDonalds.

Normally I wouldn’t take the time to write a review but here we are. I am pretty much a morning regular at this location, grabbing some breakfast on my way into work, mainly because it’s cheaper and tastes better than the food served at our own cafeteria. However, the food may be good but ever since that new General Manager has taken over, this establishment has went to crap. I used to consider it the best McDonalds in the area. I don’t know how many times now since he has taken over that there have been issues, from being out of a product for multiple days to other things. And after he took over, the best drive-thru worker that any restaurant had around here was fired. Vickie was awesome! She knew me from the time she heard my voice and what my order was going to be. That is great customer service when they get to know the regulars, treat them with a happy voice and smile, talk to you like you have known each other forever or like family. All that good wholesomeness has disappeared since this new GM has taken over. Even the workers look miserable and depressed. It’s rare to see a smile there anymore. That new GM needs to go, and go far away! And…bring Vickie back!!!

We rarely leave reviews, but this is one of the few exceptions. We are not easily impressed. There was something special about the way Carolyn served us. Her all around attitude and smile had a direct effect on our otherwise gloomy day. I just wanted and hoped that your employee Carolyn was acknowledged.

How hard is it to give the customer a good meal that’s done right pretty darn hard st this location asked for no pickle got pickles anyway fries were not hot barely warm service was shig ax well burger seemed to be sitting around a while as it wasn’t hot either it was a double quarter pounder with are made to order never again and I suggest no one else eat at this McDonald’s it’s b.s they wsnt 15 sn hour or more and can’t fo the job correctly

Everytime I order here, not only does the food take foever but I witness someone catching an attitude from a worker. My orders are frequently wrong and to add on to things I watched an employee leave the bathroom stall and not wash his hands. In fact when I was done the sinks wouldn’t work. I Waited for 25 minutes in the drive thru after being told to move forward. After 20 minutes passed I Went inside and it seemed that they had totally forgotten about my order. Once I finally received the food there were things missing from the order. After 35 minutes I finally got to leave with my food. A man came out the door with his food while I was still outside and he told me “good luck”. He said it seemed that no one was working in there. Turned out he was right and luck wasnt on my side.The food was hot and fresh, but I was to aggravated to eat.

This is the best mcdonalds ive been too in a long time. The afternoon manager yesterday was amazing so kind and professional. Ive couldnt have ask for a better service they need some recognition for being amazing so please will coperate show some love and please let them know that thier kind gestures and manners and professionalism wont go unnoticed

The man here that wears a pink wig is very rude . Messed up my order, didn’t even say sorry or anything after making me already wait 5+ minutes to get one sandwich. Then didn’t even hand my food back in my hand just threw it on the counter and walked away. HE was very very rude .
