Had another great experience at this location so wanted to take the time to give them a positive review. When you are on the road as much as I am you get used to which rest stops have which places you like or don’t bother stopping at, I have learned that when traveling on I-55, I am never disappointed when I visit the drive-thru at this location. The customer service I experience is positively consistent and you can tell they have a good team. The food always tastes exactly how I ordered it and I never had to return to correct it. Also it was neat to see the seal on the order to reinforce the concept of less chance of being exposed to extra germs in the process. I appreciate the hard work fast food workers put in and if in the area, would recommend stopping at this location.

Piper at this Taco Bell is amazing and deserves a raise! She was so attentive and helped customize our order. She was very sweet and patient with us. She made sure we were satisfied with our order. Although the food itself wasn’t the best Taco Bell I’ve ever had, I would go back just to have Piper. The restaurant was clean as well. The other people working seemed to be in good spirits and happy to help if needed. I lost my receipt so I couldn’t do the survey to let Taco Bell know that Piper in Pontiac IL is a 10/10. But let this review tell Taco Bell that Piper is a great employee to have.

Mobile order completely wrong and missing items. Went inside no service at counter. Finally someone came up and just made excuses when drive thru read me my exact order including sauce packets but everything was wrong. Even the soda was flat.
