I am give this Taco Bell restaurant in Morton Illinois a BIG fat zero! This place is nasty in their hygiene! Bathrooms are horrible. The kitchen is horrible! Giving the public a heads-up NOT to eat hear! Look at how nasty it is… The city inspector should stop here and close it down until they clean their act!

It’s been a long time since I ate inside at Taco Bell but this Morton location was nice and quiet. I noticed when I came inside that they had a kiosk where we could place our order so that was nice, quick and easy too. Our order was 100% correct and the employees were nice and friendly. There were some leftover remains in the restroom sink but other then that it was clean.

Can no longer order at the counter so spent 5 min ordering on a dirty kiosk. No ice inside so they gave us 3 cubes each from the drive thru machine. No clean tables, dirty floors, and a cold burrito. Never again.

They loaded me up! Tons of chicken and cheese in my 3 cheese chicken flatbread melt! And the Doritos Locos Tacos had more meat than usual. Food came out very quickly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to a friend or loved one.

I ordered a hard shell taco and a cheese quesadilla. The taco had been in the warmer and was stale and soggy. The quesadilla was actually burnt! I was already back home at this point so I didn’t go back out to have them remake it. I went there at about midnight. Just because you are closing in an hour doesn’t mean waste my money. Won’t be back at this location.

Ordered nacho fries for my daughter, didn’t get them. I had my toddler and newborn in the car, so I went back through drive through and told them what had happened. They told me to come inside and I told them that I couldn’t come in because of my kids and they said “I don’t know what to tell you, you can either come in and get your food or you can leave without it”
