I stopped by here today to grab a quick lunch and ordered a combo through the drive-thru. However, the worker over the intercom informed me that their water pressure was low, and they couldn’t serve fountain drinks at that time. They offered me alternative drinks that didn’t require water pressure, but I wasn’t interested in those or the additional charge. I politely asked if I could simply exchange my drink for something else or receive a small discount for not being able to get the drink I wanted. Unfortunately, they couldn’t accommodate my request. So, I decided to cancel my order. I understand that the water pressure issue might not be their fault, but I’m not willing to pay for something that’s unavailable or have to pay for an up-charged drink that I didn’t want.

Multiple times we have come here and, while waiting for our food, have heard the employees loudly swearing and trashing their customers and calling them stupid and annoying for coming to the door instead of going through the drive thru. Their policy of locking the doors well before closing is not posted anywhere. They loudly complain to each other about customers doing things such as ordering multiple items or placing multiple orders. They’re just extremely rude for no reason.

Another horrible experience at tacobell. 5 employees standing around talking, no one else in the restaurant. A woman said we “had” to use the kiosk. I said I had a coupon and she said they will do that after I placed the order on the kiosk. So we left and the woman said sarcastically “see you around”

Ate there today at 3:00 pm, got home and by 4:15 pm i was throwing up. Not sure if it was the beans on my order or what, but i will never eat there again. I had the nachos bellgrande meal. Hubby is not feeling too great either!

I ordered the number 6, the chicken chalupa meal. Overall it had 11 chunks of chicken between the two chalupas and the one chicken taco. Almost enough chicken for one taco. That was just my meal. The other two meals at our table were cold and wrong. Solid attempt at placing chicken inside the chalupas.

I was surprised by the food here. I was expecting cheap, fast food. What I received was a pretty decent meal. While it may not be the best Mexican food in town, I would contend that it represents the best value. Taco Bell offers some very good value deals such as the build your own five buck box. Other meal deals and combos are available for five dollars or less. I have had good experiences ordering the gorditas, chalupas, and the nachos supreme. I have had no problems with the service. They do have a convenient drive-up which is an advantage for people on the go. On one particularly cold night, I came inside to order. The premises were spotless. A polite young man came over, took my order, and even complimented me on how I had dressed for the cold. I ordered the Gordita Supreme $5 box which came with a gordita, burrito, soft shell taco, cinnamon twists, and a medium drink. The food was ready in about five minutes, the portions were large, and the food was good. There was enough food to easily feed two people. If you’re looking for value, look no further than Taco Bell.

Noone was in the lobby or drive thru and the employee refused to take our order at the counter ,not to mention there were 5 employees standing around.when we decided we were going to leave, we got a rude “have a good day”

Stood in front of the counter 3 or 4 minutes waiting to order, was then told they can’t take my order and I had to use the kiosk. Didn’t really care for that. Sometimes I don’t mind using them, but I don’t like being forced to.
