Im a tow truck driver and it’s usually hard to find a place that will serve us. I know it’s just taco bell, but tonight’s crew did a phenomenal job. Took my order at the window without a problem and the food was stuffed. Literally the best taco bell Ive ever had. Keep up the great work. Just know it doesn’t go unnoticed, much appreciated.

Stopped in to grab some taco bell its quick, and usually as you order it every time. The thing about this place that I want to highlight is I stopped in during a lunch rush checked in on my app ordered some extras. This crew is exceptional not only did they handle all of the modifications while they plowed through their rush they were really polite etc the food looked like it was prepared for a commercial. The atmosphere from the back was friendly even though they were hustling. Just want to recognize a good management crew and team doing what can be dismissed as menial work that will set their restaurant above others. Cheers

I try to trust that I am given an accurate order. It holds up the line for your next customers and drives up the wait time in general. You have lost my trust to do so in the future if I return.
I ordered a 10 piece nugget – my family was excited to try such a new and different thing at taco bell. I paid extra to have all 3 dipping sauces.
When I arrived home – 15 minutes away in below zero temps I found that I did NOT have the 10 piece nugget to try with my family but your staff had managed to include all 3 dipping sauces though.
I would normally shrug off a missing item but in today’s economy 8 dollars for a missing item is abysmal.
I called the location and was only offered to come back in the freezing cold (a 30 minute round trip) to rectify. Unacceptable.
I’ll not be choosing taco bell for a while. Please ensure order accuracy going forward

I just left this Taco Bell next to the mall. I used the restroom and an employee came in and I swear on everything this chick didn’t wash her hands I almost puked I go to the counter to let them know and three employees one being the manager standing there looking at me like I was speaking a different language. I wonder does anyone wash their hands when they start making our food here? Do they wear gloves?

Ordered new $7.00 LUXE BOX…. which advertised with NACHO CHEESE and CHIPS, and DOUBLE SHELL TACO…
1. Came WITHOUT NACHO CHEESE and CHIPS
2. Only single shell TACO
3. CINAMMON CRISPS which I do no like and was not described as part of this LUXE BOX!!!!
NO TACO SAUCE PROVIDED WITH ANY OF THE TACOS, BURRITOS.

I loved going here for lunch! You order through a kiosk, which I think makes it a little hard to order the food you like. The great food makes up for this, though! I also like how you can get extras of something, like cheese or sour cream. The sauces are good, too, and they also add some extra flavor. I would definitely 10/10 come here again.
