That was a really bad experience. After a 20 minute wait and being treated like garbage by all the employees, every single item in the order was prepared incorrectly. I don’t even know what this is supposed to be… why would this ever be served at a restaurant? You guys really should be ashamed, it takes 10% effort to handle a job at Taco Bell and you can’t even give that. Really disgusting and shameful, I’ll never go to Taco Bell again.

Went with my mom for the 2nd time to this location. Ordered 2 Mexican Pizzas and sour cream since they don’t come with that. The previous time they gave us 2 small containers for free. Today they charged us $1.31 for a very small amount of sour cream and put it on the pizzas instead of on the side as we requested. Will NEVER go to this location again.

I’m very upset this time. Ordered the new taco, which I have had before, but this time, there was barely any cheese grilled like before. I expect cheese on a grilled cheese taco. Also ordered a few Nacho Bell Grandes, and they hardly had anything but chips. Dont like paying $6.00 for chips! One didn’t even have any sour cream. For the price of these items, I expect what’s advertised to at least be on my food.

Ordered a crunch wrap supreme with steak. Worst $7 I have ever spent. $7 because I rounded up to donate. Zero steak and I expect if they ask if I would like hot sauce then they would actually give it to me. To follow up I don’t even have a receipt to show for any of it. What’s wrong with service lately. Awful experience! Walked in and were told they were completely out of Doritos tacos. Then when we get our food, all of our hard shell tacos were stail with barley a spoonful of meat on it. I ordered a chicken power bowl and it was half full! We also got the dipping taco box and they had the wrong meat in it. We brought it to counter just to find out that they are out of the right meat for the taco. The soft shells and burritos we ordered on the side were stail and had little to no meat on them. We will not be coming back

Girl with neon green nails was rude ♀️ we ordered are food through drive through then when we finished our order she didn’t talk an tell us our total so we thought she didn’t hear us so we waited for like 5 minutes for them to tell us to pull up but they didn’t. So I ended up pulling up to the 2nd window only for her to give attitude an say that we need to finish our order before we pull ahead. WHICH WE DID FINISH OUR ORDER WE REPEATEDLY SAID WE WERE DONE AN WE GOT NO RESPONSE FOR 5 MINUTES ♀️ she lucky I was feeling like being nice today. It was our first time at this Taco Bell. Everything was clean, orderly, and the staff were extremely helpful with our complex order. They were super friendly and eager to please. Machesney Park was shut down, as there was caution tape was covering the menu board, as well as the sets of doors and driveway with no explanation at all.

Place is a joke ordered our food and only got half of it said something to a female manager and still had to wait about 15-20 minutes went up there and there was one employee named forrest that was very sweet and got us our missing food right away he should get paid more

Ordered the new Cinnabon iced coffee and it wasn’t even a full cup at least a quarter of it was empty I asked and the kid at the window didn’t do anything about it. Also it just tasted like black coffee. Also it was warm still because they didn’t even put ice in it. This is what my drink looked like before I even took a drink of it…. Probably won’t be coming back to this Taco Bell in a while.
