Ordered thru the app two craving boxes and 4 crunchy tacos. I got my order in a big bag, I waited 20 minutes before going in and had to wait longer because they forgot to do my ice coffee and they only prepared one when i had two i didnt want to wait anymore so i just asked for a fountain drink
I get home i had a whole craving box missing didn’t notice because they were in a bag instead of the box and I noticed that with everything being in the bag everything was squished and the amount meat and toppings is ridiculous i was soo upset I didn’t bother to go back

very disappointing experience of my life. i had just got off work in a good mood and hungry craving taco bell but it so happened the people inside wasn’t . they were rude and in the middle of order they basically told me they couldn’t take it anymore and was only taking mobile orders. which kinda blew me bc i only wanted one thing after a long shift at work.

I was there today at 7 in the morning, and she was very rude when I asked her what time she was going to open, since it was already after 7. She said she would open whenever she wanted. And the whole time when we go to eat and she’s there, she always has a very bad attitude and terrible service. Please, if you don’t want to work, don’t show up. Customers don’t deserve that treatment.

What’s up with the prices here? $7.99 for a burrito supreme? I get two items and my bill is over $20. Is it just this location or did all Taco Bells go up in price? $9.99 for a basic quesadilla? This is insane. It’s cheaper to go to a regular taco/burrito place and you get more food . My burrito supreme here was falling apart and seemed to be missing all of the Supreme ingredients, it was just beans, chees, beef and sour creme and a dash of tomatoes .

” I had taste for Taco bell after work today so I went…it was close to 1:30 am they ran out of lettuce… The cashier did let me know ahead time. Just wish they would have a least substituted more cheese or meat in place of the missing lettuce. Great customer service”
