I ordered a family wing package of 24 which came with a large fry. I also ordered 4 strawberry cheesecake deserts. When I received my food from delivery driver the food was cold, I only got 18 wings instead of 24, no fries & I ordered regular ranch dressing & I got blackened ranch dressing (never heard of that before). When I called to get a refund the guy on phone said I would have to go there to get my refund or a new order. So, I had to go to the restaurant, when I told the girl at the counter what was wrong she had an attitude with me. I didn’t mess up the order, y’all did so why you going to have an attitude with me?? She re-did my order. I saw her put only one coffee the strawberry pies in the bag so I asked her if everything was there, she said yes. I told her there was only one strawberry pie in the bag, again she got an attitude with me so I showed her on my receipt there was four. So she grabbed 3 more pies & kind of threw them in the bag. Was not very nice, no apologies for messing the order up, nothing. I thanked her & told her to have a good day. So, if you get anything from this Popeyes, make sure you double check your order before you leave or when it gets delivered.

We Always go in to place our order, so can’t attest to how the drive-thru is. But inside, the employees have always been very polite and nice.
The food has tasted amazing every time. I order the chicken sandwich, Mac and cheese, and Strawberry biscuit each time.
They honor the coupons sent in the mail which is a big bonus!
Only 4 stars because despite the food tasting wonderful and polite employees, they do have a habit of getting small parts of the orders wrong (regular instead of spicy, charging for a bacon and cheese despite not ordering it)
But I’ve truly been impressed by this establishment just due to the huge decline in fast food overall recently.

Food is great, hot and fresh tasting. Only took a star off because you HAVE to check your bag, sometimes one side is missing, sometimes a whole meal is missing. Employees also have had a very sad and depressed attitude for the past few years. Do they need a raise?

This place has went way downhill from chicken tenders the size of your pinky finger to employees more worried about dancing than getting the order right and leaving their purse sit on the table for anyone to pick up food left all over the tables I would not recommend this place not even to my worst enemy

They typically “seem” to be busy, so I prefer order via the app to pick up my order. The first and second times that my order was incorrect I overlooked it; however, the third time I pointed it out.
Moving forward I began having my food delivered because it was becoming clear that I must have upset someone- somehow but that has not worked…so i guess we have “Popeye’s at home because Popeye’s don’t even have Popeye’s!
In the last month and a half, ALL three of my onlines orders have been incomplete and/or inaccurate.

My wife was getting us food in the drive thru by herself and the man that was working the window kept calling her babygirl and made her uncomfortable and when she paid he told her “pull forward babygirl” and when he brought out her food he made he even more uncomfortable by asking her if she was going to have her cars heat on for him when he got off work. My family has been eating Popeyes chicken for years! Only at this location do we order original recipe but are given spicy every dang time! It’s not that hard! I think they do it on purpose because they hate their job! No problem! Taking my money elsewhere and yall can get a real job!!
