I have experienced consistent disappointment with my visits to this Taco Bell location. Despite repeatedly informing the staff that I can not have tomatoes due to a severe sensitivity, I have received items with tomatoes three consecutive times, which is concerning.
Tonight, I ordered a single taco with a few additional options, such as potatoes and extra sauces. However, when I received the order, I noticed that the taco contained no seasoned beef.
I am puzzled by the repeated minor yet significant mistakes, regardless of whether I go through the drive-thru, walk in, or place the order online.

Food was fast and hot. Quick order for ‘breakfast’ and not a long line. Typical Taco Bell efficiency that we love to see returning to fast food. Surprised to see them open so early, but appreciated when you’re looking for ‘comfort food’.

I’ve been to a lot of Taco Bell’s and let me tell you this location is one of the better ones. They pay attention if you make adjustments to your order and they don’t skimp out on the amount of ingredients in each item. Everything’s fresh and the staff are pleasant. The inside tables were also clean which I appreciate. Would highly recommend this location.

Customer service???!?? NON-Existent!! Spent 15mins after ordering at a kiosk waiting for an order and NO ONE ever acknowledged us.
Spent majority of that time watching the employee on her phone.
No we’ll be right with you. Have you ordered? We’re sorry for the wait! Just nothing, as if we weren’t even in the place.
Ridiculous! Don’t they realize, after the Kiosk, It’s basically a monkey job from this point and they’re replaceable? But yeah, let’s pay top dollar to these people!!

So not only is it 18.57 for 2 tacobell items now but I got the cantina chicken bowl which arrived not only soggy but the chicken was hard as a rock and tasted old. I call to talk to the manager as she tells me she understood no big deal come in just for me to drive back up there for her to tell me my bowl looks like I’ve eaten too much of it and she will not make me a new food item OF LESSER VALUE for it. Yeah I tossed it all together and tried to eat it and its over an hour old as the food looks a little less lively but there was certainly most of what they gave me there!!!! Proceeded to try and throw away my food before I even have a chance to complain to corporate. Absolutely not! I will die on this hill!!!!!!

This is without a doubt the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to in my life. Christian, Kaylan, Betsy, and Jonathan, you’ve all made a virtuous effort to strive for exceptional service both efficient and seemingly effortless. The team here works very cohesively together and it shows.
Tonight, I came to this location to pickup multiple DoorDash orders, one of which may have been compromised, and the support and store were able to provide the best customer service I’ve seen. Every single team member and manager here showcases what it means to work with ethic and had a positive impact on my evening. I’ve never been to a fast food restaurant where the workers took their jobs so seriously and treated each other so kindly.

The most god awful Taco Bell I have ever been to. Even if you place an online order expect to wait 20+ mins. The employees are extremely sluggishly slow and the management at this location clearly does not care. Location on Cass and 75th is much better.
