It was my first visit to this store. I am really sorry that I just found this store after lots of visits to the Towson town center. The owner and staffs were very kind and their service and ice cream were very satisfactory. I think I will use this store from now on.

Stopped in on 4/20 – the person that looked to be the manager (middle aged Asian gentleman) rolled his eyes when he came out, totally didn’t acknowledge us so we didn’t have the opportunity to try the new banana pudding deal because we left. I did manage to knock on the window after we left to give him a thumbs up.

It was ok. First time going to a cold stone creamery and I was not impressed at all. They don’t have Apple Pay available which was kind’ve peculiar since it is the year 2022 but I had my card with me so it wasn’t really issue. The prices were a little overwhelming but it is chain ice cream brand so I wasn’t surprised. The lady at the register didn’t allow me to get a milkshake and ice cream with the buy one get one free coupon I had received after typing my phone number in the little touch screen. She could’ve just gave us the smaller priced item for free but instead told us to buy another item in a very animated tone. Mind you it was just myself and my younger sister. Lol i tipped them $1.99 though cause I didn’t really care for the fact I wasn’t really care for the fact that they are using upselling tactics to get people to purchase menu items that they don’t otherwise need. Won’t be coming back to this location:)

Came here with my friend who ordered a “like it” which is basically like a small. The woman at the counter either didn’t listen or didn’t understand, and gave her a “love it” which is like a medium. When my friend asked if she could get the “like it” since the bigger size was $2 more expensive, she was told no, even though the woman that took her order was the one that made the mistake. They didn’t even try to fix their own mistake and still charged her full price

I ordered sugar free Vanilla ice cream , it was terrible. It had film on the ice cream and lumpy. I threw it away, I would not suggests to anyone to buy the sugar free (light) vanilla ice cream. The service was okay but they only had one sugar free ice cream which is vanilla.

Went in to buy an ice cream for my little girl while my sister in law was visiting. The employees (looked like young teens) were all standing there staring and exchanging glances (about 7 or 8 of them) until someone finally decided to ask what I wanted. I was paying with cash and the girl at the cash register looked impatient as I was waiting to find the change. Did not feel welcomed at all, customer service was lacking and if you’ll be hiring young teens and they’ll be dealing with the general public they need training in the way of customer service skills because they were kind of rude. Perhaps you need to close down for sensitivity training like Starbucks.

I came in and I have an allery to tree nuts. They really took care of me . The young girl was very nice and very attentive. She helped me put the lid on my cup and put it in a bag for me . Their ice creams are really good . A bit pricey. Although very worth it.
