I came through the drive through yesterday(2/23/2026) at 6:30pm with a mobile order. When receiving my order the man went to hand me a baja blast freeze instead of the regular soda. When I made it clear I actually wanted the soda he immediately filled a new one without hesitation.
When I got home and checked the app I saw I was the one in the wrong and put a baja blast freeze. The worker had every right to point out my mistake but didn’t, instead opting to do what was best for me. It is customer service that keeps me coming to a location and the level of customer service I experienced that day is more than I ever expect from a fast food restaurant.

The food was awful, don’t waste your money. I ordered 3 different things, a taco, a burrito and a Chalupa and all of them seemed to have minimal filling and so much tortilla. Maybe they’re using larger tortillas but I literally threw half my food order away because it was all filler, tortilla, etc. So sad, I was really craving TB.

I came here like half hour after they opened for breakfast. I ordered several times and it took them maybe 5 mins or less to get my order ready. Food came out hot and was decent. First time I had Taco Bell breakfast since they’re not at all locations, like most other fast food chains. I had the breakfast California wrap, grande toasted breakfast burrito sausage, and hash brown. They also have orange juice available. They have two kiosks to order from or you can order from the counter. Plenty of places to sit. Just a note that it’s not a small location. It’s located across from Woodman’s, next to a cannabis store.

I was a bit confused about what I ordered. I wanted the new box and I received the Mexican pizza. The cashier was in a conversation with someone and there was very little interaction and she wasn’t very pleasant. She basically threw the bag at me and shut the window. I checked to see what I received again being confused, and she just looked out the window at me. I live out of town and almost refuse to go to those Taco Bells in my area. I was hoping for better results out of town. On a brighter note, the food was better.

Taco Bells across the country ate just sad. Food looks NOTHING like the pictures. Nothing is filled very full. Pepsi always taste off. Staff could gave a shit about customer service. Most want it all in the app or kiosk.

THE WORST experience I have ever had at a taco bell. I just visited and ordered the workers were EXTREMELY rude. I asked the worker if they had nacho fries and the worker LIED to me and told me “we do not have nacho fries anymore”. Once I got to the window I asked why they didn’t have nacho fries she said “they are going away soon”. I had a feeling she was lying so once I got home I called and ask if they had nacho fries and the worker told me they do currently have nacho fries. I then told the worker that I was just in the drive through and then she immediately started GASLIGHTING me telling me they no longer have nacho fries. I am EXTREMELY disappointed and will NEVER be attending this location again.

Visited today at 2PM. Parking lot half full. But the Entry Door was locked. An employee drove up and told me they were closed. However, he used his key and walked in! Must have been a private party.
