Was just getting home but didn’t want to make anything this late and so stopped by this Taco Bell. . Ordered the limited crispy chicken burrito with soft taco and got home with it. Took a bite out of each one to find the chicken was rock hard and burnt.

Was horrible went there for food at night and i ordered the 9$ steack discovery box and i didnt get anything right init ordered extra cheese didnt get nachos got cinnamon twist who orders cheese with that and i also got a chicken burrito and one taco , so i call to get a refund and the guy says people arent perfect and ge cant do anything for me , horrible tacobell would never recommand this one might as well drivr ten minute out the way to the one on orchard

I started coming to this location when I moved to Montgomery in 2006. I left the area for some time and moved back a few years ago. I still come to this location. The service has always been very good. My orders have always been correct. I live in Aurora and I would make the effort to drive to this Taco Bell versus going to the one near Fox Valley Mall. Keep up the good work yall!

Where do I start. Restaurant was overall filthy. Sauce station was empty. Staff was unfriendly, and ignorant. It took 15 minutes to make a dine in Quesarito box. Which was complete trash. The tacos were less than half filled, and the Quesarito was literally a dried up tortilla with steak and sour cream in it. HOW DO YOU FORGET THE RICE…. Bathrooms were filthy. Tables were dirty, and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned all day. Whoever owns this franchise needs to have their restaurant revoked. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to.

Definitely do not order the grilled cheese steak burritos, or any of the $6 burritos they are basically half the size and fillings of what they use to be. The $3 beef crunch melt is filled more than they do these burritos.

Consistently great since the renovation. I’ve gotten an overcooked potato piece or missing sour cream here and there, but overall I will choose this location 10 out of 10 times.

The young lady in the drive/thru just gave me stale tacos and a Pepsi that was poured into the container at least more than an hour ago because the ice had melted and the gas was gone. it tasted terrible and I had to throw it away. She was a young lady who served. Taco Bell has to pay attention to this location. The other Taco Bell on Lake Street which is in Aurora is okay but this one needs improvement.

Wow I have never had slower service. There were only 2 cars in front of me I’ve been in line well over 10 minutes. The guy at the window only spoke a few words to me asking me for $3.67. He literally did not say another word. No thank you, no sorry for the wait, nothing at all. I ordered a cheese quesadilla and an ice water. The quesadilla was burnt.
