It’s hardly ever someone in the front of the store at the register when I walk in for pick up. I watched the bag that I was picking up sit longer than it needed to. I had to wave someone down. Help me a little delivery pick services for this restaurant food and no one at the cash register to greet you.

The black manager woman is so rude disrespectful and impatient the restaurant was completely empty so was the drive through, she rushed us on the intercom never ask for details for how you want your stuff, when then proceed to pay she still didn’t ask what sauce or anything we want she tossed a bag out the window and said everything is in there don’t add nothing. The food was cold hard shells broke, She put stuff we don’t eat they really need to check the quality of the workers that’s what ruins business trash like her…

I order from here quite often. Breakfast is definitely the best, but the lunch and dinner options are also very tasty. No matter when I visit in the morning, the breakfast crew is cheerful and they always get to orders correct. When I order via doordash in the evening, I don’t get incorrect orders, either. This restaurant has definitely improved their service from 6 months ago, and I’m thankful that they are part of my community.

Ordered online before starting my 30 minute lunch break . Show up 15 minutes after placing order on Taco Bell app. Food wasn’t ready . Waited 10 minutes in line gave me the wrong order knocked on lobby door to tell them wouldn’t open door I told them there was too many cars in line for me to go in drive through ,they didn’t care made me get back in drive thru. Fries were cold one burrito barely had any beef. So came here to get cold food and be late on my lunch.

What can I say it’s Taco Bell. It’s cheap, not as bad tasting as other Taco Bells & it fills your belly. They throw in a bunch of sauce in the bag which for me pretty much goes right in the garbage. The new cantina crispy melt’s shell was shattered into pieces so it was a mess.
