This location was great when they first opened, but things have gone completely downhill. I would say the last 3-4 months we’ve noticed a significant drop in the food quality and service at this specific location.
We’ve noticed that now, when you pull up to the drive thru window, they’ll either 1) ask you to pull around to the parking lot and wait for your order or 2) ask you to reverse your car, so their drive thru time clock will stop.
One time we went through the drive thru to pick up a mobile order that had been placed 10 minutes prior. They asked us pull around to the parking lot, where we waited for over 25 minutes before they finally brought out our order! Several customers went in, placed orders and came out with their food, while we were still waiting for our order to be brought out. Which all we ordered was a few tacos and chalupas, the whole order was not even 10 items total. Not sure why it needed to take that long.
Then several other times, we get up to the window and they’ll just ask us to reverse our car and sit there until they tell us to pull back up. For orders that were placed before we got there.
Maybe if they could get the orders done in a timely manner, they wouldn’t have to try to cheat the drive thru timers. And after all the time we waited, we received cold/stale tasting food with barely any meat in the tacos. And they gave us the wrong sauces. I would avoid this location.

The incomplete order delivery, coupled with the proposed resolution of double-charging for the item and assigning blame to the delivery driver, was deemed unacceptable. This lack of professionalism and accountability significantly contributes to customers’ reluctance to engage in in-person interactions. We strongly advise against utilizing this particular location.

Location isn’t at Google maps spot. Submitted correction. Would avoid this location. Placed online order. Employees didn’t read anything or couldn’t read and got everything wrong. Seems to be a common theme at all the fast food places in the area. Would avoid and drive elsewhere.

I went here for the first time and my experience was great all around. The restaurant was extremely clean. The employees were super friendly. It didn’t take too long to get my order and everything was hot/fresh and delicious. They didn’t have one of the items I ordered, but they were accommodating in offering other options.
My second visit wasn’t as great. When I got there, the drive thru and lobby had NO customers. So I decided to run in and grab my order. I had a small order. I ended up waiting 15 minutes for my order. Which wouldn’t have been a problem. Except in the time I was waiting, I saw 3 or 4 cars come through the drive thru, order, AND receive their food. All while I was still waiting for my order to be prepared. I was there first, plus I had ordered ahead, so I feel like my order should have been worked on first. It seemed like they were prioritizing all the drive thru customers who came way after me.
Also, they need to get their drink situation repaired. They said they didn’t have Gatorade punch, the lemonade strawberry squeeze AND the Baja blast freeze.
The food was still good. But because of the service this time, I’m dropping my review from 5 stars down to 4.

This is not a Taco Bell. It’s a KFC. And when I walked up at 8pm, the lobby doors were locked. Even though there were ppl inside & the sign said lobby open until 9pm.

This was the worst. The cheese was cold. I had a bag full of nothing but crumbs for my chips. The pop/soda tasted funny ( couldn’t drink it). My steak chalupa had a very hard shell with hard burnt meat. My burrito was full of refried beans to makeup for not having any meat. This was horrible. I usually get great service, but not this morning. So disappointed

I do Uber for a living so I get fast food kinda often. This is one of the best Taco Bells! Customer service is great and my food was actually neatly made! I love that it wasn’t messy! Thank you ladies!

Great food, very clean and nice and quiet. Service was great, they were always there to help or if I had questions which is great. Nothing wrong with my food not overcooked or undercooked just right, the quesadillas were exactly how I asked and as said again they were always there to help. I also ordered the cantina chicken bowl and the chicken was good. Overall, great food, nice, clean, and quiet, and lastly service was awesome. I will come again because of the quality of the location.
