This is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. First off, walked in to order inside instead of the drive thru because I’ve had nothing but issues ordering here in the drive thru. Stood in there for almost 10 mins and nobody would come to the counter to take my order. Ended up going through the drive thru.. ordered a Crunchwrap supreme meal slightly modified nothing crazy. Get home take a bite and they literally took a tostada put lettuce and the extra toppings I asked for on it and just wrapped it in a tortilla. No meat nothing just lettuce and pico de gallo. The fact they took this much effort to purposely make my order wrong is crazy. Awful service, awful food, awful employees and overall awful location. If I could give zero stars I would.

My Discovery Box was very disappointing. The cinnamon twists tasted strange, almost like old oil, and left a weird aftertaste. The Gordita shell was extremely hard—I couldn’t even eat it. On top of that, no sauce was included with my order.
I’ve had this food before and it was never like this, so something has definitely changed. Whether it’s new staff or lack of attention, the quality has gone downhill. Please slow down and be more careful when preparing food—people deserve meals that are fresh and properly made.

This place has declined a lot. Last year the preparation of food was done perfectly. Now it’s become trashy and messy. Any time I grab a quesadilla or taco from the bag its either a slipping mess every where or glued to the side with melted cheese. It still tastes fine but employees just need to learn to prepare the food better. I’m going to a different location if this persists .

Do not go to this location. Orders are consistently wrong, I went there for breakfast and got the wrong order after I tried calling got put on hold twice then hung up on went to ask them about it was told to come back the next day and told the manager in person what my order was and did the exact same thing wrong just go to any other location and hopefully this one gets shut down or replaced with an entirety new staff. It is supposed to be a bacon breakfast crunchwrap with steak and sausage added. There is barely any egg and missing the bacon and sausage.

UPDATE: Taco Bell didn’t issue me a refund so I had to file a complaint with the State of Illinois. As soon as Taco Bell received the complaint I got a voicemail from Taco Bell saying they’ve issued me a refund. That took over 1 month.
I ordered through the mobile app and they were out of the burritos I ordered. No big deal. I asked for a refund for the missing items and they told me they wouldnt refund me the $16.00 for the missing burritos that I would have to contact their corporate office through the app. I tried and so far nothing. I guess Ill have to try calling the corporate office tomorrow.
If I would have waited and ordered at the drive thru window none of this would have happened.
Really a terrible way to treat a customer.

Worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. No one was there so I thought my 20 minute ago mobile order would be ready when I pulled up. Had to wait at the window for at least 5 minutes. Food was awful. Chips are soggy. No tomatoes on any of the nachos. Worst service I’ve ever gotten there. Something needs to change. Never going back.

The drive-through customer service is horrible. They don’t greet you or ask you if you are done ordering before they tell you to pull to the window in a very rude way. This has happened on several different occasions. The customer service full presentation and overall representation of this franchise in Crete is horrible. I would not recommend or no longer purchase food from this location. Management and Employment requirements may need to be reviewed for improvement.

Ok so it’s a taco, not complicated.
Well think again. I order tacos and they come with little to no meat so this time I order extra meat.
Now I have soft shells that are soggy and dripping oil and the lettuce is slimy. Not to mention the lettuce stalk I found when I decided to make a taco salad out of the soggy tacos.
