I don’t ever expect much from Taco Bell because it is a chain after all. However, when you get an entire order that looks like it was vomited in a box and wrap and then it’s ice cold, it’s unacceptable. If a Mexican pizza was still $2.49 maybe I’d chalk it up as a loss but when their prices have gone up to make up for inflation and they still can’t hire satisfactory employees maybe it’s time to just shut it down.

This has to be the best Taco Bell in Illinois. I have been to many Taco Bells, but the service at this one is by far superior. Also, they NEVER mess up the order, which is unusual for TB. The staff is always super friendly as well. It seems to be clean inside, although I have only ever used the drive thru.

I’ve been to this location twice this month. Both times I tried substituting ground beef with black beans on multiple items. Both times my items had refried beans in them instead of black beans. This most recent time I was also missing a burrito.
Drive thru and receipt confirm. I’m out here paying black bean prices for refried bean service.
Fast food has become increasingly expensive over the years, so it hurts a little extra to not get what you ordered.
This most recent visit I had 4 people behind me in the drive thru and didn’t want to hold everybody up to check my bag. Shame on me, I guess. Always check your bag here!!

The workers don’t know how to make food. Everytime I order a beef and rice burrito I get 95% of rice and 5% of beef. Even when I ask for extra beef. This place SUCKS!

Much more than your standard Taco Bell. The employees here are always kind and the food is usually well above average for a standard T-Bell. The kitchen is always clean(what’s visible from the counter anyway) and the restrooms appear to be taken care of regularly, not just at the end of the night but throughout the day.
