Every single piece of food I ordered had hair in it. EVERY single PIECE. They also forget items in the order. Go to a different Taco Bell unless you want hair and half the items of your order missing. Here’s one picture of the $20 dollar order that had hair. Do better.

If I could give service negative stats I would this place is ran like a mess I’ve had to wait 30-40 mins when there was 3 cars in the drive thru don’t get me wrong there are certain managers who work here that seem to make the drive thru operate very smooth but as dasher I’m hesitant to accept offers from here even if they’re high paying because you can end up in the drive thru for hours. I’ve been at the window and seen them messing with ice machine for 10-20 mins while I see the order I’m picking up ready behind them I truly believe they intentionally waste dashers times the orders should be ready before we arrive

I’ve lived in the area for over a decade. The overall quality of this particular TB has gone straight down the tubes. Food portions are horrible. One of the “meals” we would regularly get comes with chips and cheese, or a lack thereof. The cheese consistently comes a quarter filled. They also constantly mess up whole orders. Everything from mixing items up, not adding or not adding add-ins, to straight up missing multiple items. And that’s just from a customer’s perspective. I sometimes also deal with this location as a delivery service driver. What I can tell you is basically the same as above, but also with the knowledge that drivers regularly request NOT to have pick-ups with this Taco Bell. It is that bad. I’ve literally had employees trash-talk me (in Spanish, of course) because I take care in my work, as they clearly lack. If you care about your money and self-respect from both a customer and a 1099 employee, do yourself a favor by steering clear of this place

What I love about this specific taco bell is how clean they keep the restarant and restrooms. I come to this specific location quite often, a few times per month, and never once I saw dirt, uncleaned tables or dirty restrooms. The food is great, same as other taco bell locations

They should at least allow people inside later than 10, even if they only allow you to walk up and order/pick up. They’re open until 3-4am, but close the doors early, and they’re super slow at the drive thru. At least my order is almost always accurate, but they’re easily the slowest “fast” food drive thru in dekalb.

I understand mistakes are made, but this is just disgusting. Make sure your employees know to check the food that they are serving. I’m aware that food goes bad, but yet again, it shouldn’t be served out. My fiesta potatoes were spoiled, and I could’ve gotten food poisoning. I’ll be calling tomorrow to ask for a refund.

If you order on the app and can’t make it to pick up, they’ll steal your money. It’s happened to me twice at this location…. Really annoying I’m sure it’s the same effort to cancel….. Every other taco bell cancels it at closing time. Gross.

I used to love Taco Bell. I don’t know what has happened over the past 5 or so years, but they skimp on food, especially meat, every single time. My friend’s crunch wrap cross section looked like a tortilla wrapped around some lettuce. My beefy 5-layer burritos are always thin. I remember years ago this wasn’t an issue at all with anything I got from Taco Bell. This last time they barely cut my quesadilla and the cheese in the quesadilla was only half-melted.

The slowest and laziest shift I’ve ever seen in this place. They are barely moving and mixing orders up. I thought I will die from old age while waiting for the order or from poisoning because this people won’t be able to distinguish ketchup from dishwashing liquid.
