This location was a miss for us. We went through the drive-thru and the employees were very nice, but unfortunately the food didn’t hit. Everything we ordered was lukewarm and tasted a bit off compared to our usual Taco Bell in Antioch. Filling was noticeably light in all of our items, and one of the tacos was missing all sauce entirely. Not the experience we’re used to. Hoping this was just an off night.

Taco Bell NEEDED to come to Vernon Hills, and here it is! I always have to go to Mundelein just to get Taco Bell and now I have one closer. I will say that the food didn’t feel as good as the Mundelein location, but I ended up eating 2 Doritos Locos Tacos, 1 Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, and 1 Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito. Taco Bell will always satisfy, but this one kind of disappointed. STILL 4 STARS!!!!!

Probably the cleanest and most consistent taco-bell I’ve been to. The floors and tables are almost spotless and you can tell the management holds cleanliness at a high standard by looking at the food preparation area which is surprisingly clean for a fast-food restaurant.
Portion sizes are consistent and very reasonable over the last 5 times I’ve been there, and the food is served hot.
I’m not sure about service since there are consistently new hires and several shifts of workers but the ones I have noticed are respectful but this might not be the case depending on who is serving you.

I didn’t know I asked for this taco to be dunked like a beef. This is the most disgusting taco I’ve ever seen. This thing so wet it bled through paper they wrap it in and ruined the rest of the food XD

Ignore the other reviews. This taco bell operates with utter precision. If you do happen to be lucky enough to dine in their extremely clean dining room you’ll notice these ladies and gents working very hard. I’ve never had a wrong order from them before and the food is always hot and delicious.

As a chain restaurant you get what you pay for. We only get the soft tacos box. So we are not Soo familiar with the rest of the menu. The supreme tacos are ok and the rest is the same ok. The one in Vernon hills service is always excellent in comparison with some others we have been.

Came here with large group around 20 people. Food came out quite quickly. Tables and area were clean and organized. Staff was nice and easy to order.

The interior was very clean I like the new modern style. I ordered from the kiosk and it came out about 7 minutes later so pretty quick service. The staff were nice. I’m glad Taco Bell came to Vernon Hills and I hope this location is maintained well so it stays nice.

This Taco Bell Is Amazing. I got 4 Tacos And They Were All Amazing. The Look Of The Restaurant Also Looks Fantastic. Service Was Great. Food For 3 People Came Out In Less Than 5 Minutes. Amazing. This Taco Bell Is Probably The Best I’ve Ever Been To. I totally recommend. 5 Stars.

Went in and ordered on the kiosk the new catina chicken taco, nacho fries, and a MD drink….the cantina taco was missing pico & the cabbage. So it was just meat, lettuce, tomatoes, and the sauce.. which I did not order it that way. The nacho fries were barely seasoned. And they didn’t provide the drink cup until I interrupted someone to ask. (which is usual and taco bell in general needs to address the gap between kiosk ordering and providing a cup with the order, I always have to specifically ask for the drink I pay for because they either don’t see it or are not provided that info on their end)
Probably the poorest experience I’ve had in a year over 4 locations. And this was my first time at this location.
