Especially with the limited time deluxe pack , doritos locos taco, regular taco, cinnamon sticks, burrito and soft drink.
The quesadilla that I added was also really good and fresh and hot.
Everything was piping hot!

Very friendly staff whenever I go munch on something for my cravings!
Depending who is there working it can vary the experience too. Managers care for their customers. And the cooks are very nice and make sure I receive my meal fresh out of the batches.

Slowest Taco Bell ever. I always wait at least 30 minutes in the drive through to get my order. I watched as multiple people left the drive through line because they got sick of waiting. I think they make the orders one chip at a time carried by tiny mice. The food is great if you have a long time to wait. Not FAST food. SLOW FOOD!

I’ve been to this location twice and the first time I went they gave us an entirely wrong order (cheesy bean rice burrito somehow had beef in it) and we had to toss it due to allergies and I went again today and although the worker at the drive through was helpful, there was a lady that was being really rude to him, aside from that, they didn’t have black beans and I asked for about 15 packets of sauce for each order and got 4 total.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE – Don’t order from the app if you want your order 10 mins after the specified time. Ordered pickup asap, it stated my order would be done by 10:58, 10 minutes later after my family finished eating..I received my order. I asked very kindly why I had not received it and wanted to cancel. After I asked after waiting patiently, I saw it sitting there behind the counter. She stated they complete orders in order and that everyone has to wait one at a time, I ordered at the same time. This woman was very rude and I bit my tongue. I have worked in service, would be nice to have a heads up next time.. Don’t waste your time here. Not even hungry anymore. Rude person that I encountered.

They don’t care about walk in diners. Didn’t want to wait on us. Told us to use kiosk and seemed bothered when we asked they help us. They Had no problem waiting on drive thru and door dash people though.

This is a very busy location but like any other location, always have had good service and no mix-ups with any order I’ve ever made whether dining in or the drive-thru.
Venue is always kept clean and always friendly customer service. I would easily put Taco Bell as one of the top 5 best mass franchise fast food chains in terms of cleanliness, customer service and quality/value of food.
One thing I’ve noticed in some reviews across a few locations in the past is the complaint about not having tortas, flautas, green sauce, etc. First off, Taco Bell is an American chain and not authentic Mexican at all. Plenty of Mexican restaurants in Lake county especially in Waukegan and the Round Lake area, go there if you’re looking for authenticity.
Taco Bell has always served up tasty quality food at good prices and as long as they don’t change anything which would bring them down, I’ll keep coming back.

Today Bell is one of the few fast food restaurants that gives you a decent amount of food for a reasonable price. I love being able to customize my order to ensure it is vegan.

I asked For a number 4 twice a they got my order wrong two times. I finally returned home with the wrong second order and was forced to eat the wrong second order and the food Was Outrageously Disgusting. It was sloppy and just thrown in the bag. Everyone there should be fired This is the worst experience I’ve Ever had at any Taco Bell in my life and I’m 24 years old and I’ve ate at a lot of Taco Bell’s. I will never order here again
