People here are absolutely awful pissed off for working what they signed up to do. Poor service and horrible at making the food. I got what was some sad excuse of a flat burrito and half our order was wrong. By far the worst place to go to. Needs a whole new team. Taco Bell can do better than this.

The staff are rude, the service is slow, and they have gotten my order wrong the last two times i went. Ordered online twice and both times the food was undersized and made wrong. My grilled cheese burrito was half the size it was suposed to be and they will charge you for add ons and then not put them on the food. AVOID THIS LOCATION

Paid $5 for a veggie Mexican pizza to get a small glob on refried beans in the middle. Same with the volcano taco, there was barley anything inside, it was basically just the hard shell taco with no filling. Very poorly made food.

This is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Placed a mobile order so they hopefully wouldn’t mess up the instructions. Ordered tacos with no tomatoes and it seems like there are extra tomatoes on them. Also missing 2 Beefy Potato Flatbread tacos that I ordered. Wish I could give ZERO stars…

Honestly loved this location till they got rid of the one thing I love today I went to order an online box and they didn’t have the crunch wrap supreme they had the black bean version though. I honestly won’t be back at this location till they get the crunch wrap supreme back, I even checked other locations on the app and they had it.

I’ll preface with this location was my first job in 2006. The way it’s ran now would NEVER fly. Management has to be trash to allow this behavior. The past 6 times I’ve gone in drive thru I’ve literally been greeted with “What do you want?” You pay for extra ingredients, not included. Ask for sauces not included. Leave with no “thanks” “have a nice day” “take care.” Consistently the worst customer service experience. I only go out of convenience and I’m 9/10 let down. Which, btw, I have the app and you’re losing money when you neglect modifications and have to provide a credit for your failures. Management needs to have a discussion with staff about etiquette. It’s horrible. 2/10 recommend
