This is our favorite place for Thai food and this is one place that we have been going back for 3 years now! We love cashew nut chicken and pad see ew (sometimes I get pad kee mao or pad woon sen). We always get the curry cuffs as an appetizer which we really enjoy. I also had papaya salad before; it was good. The atmosphere is always clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Place is amazing. Hands down the best pad Thai I’ve ever had. (Be mindful what level spice you get) I ordered the “4” spice level and it was hot. The owner was the person cooking our meals and it was as good as it gets. Our server was awesome as well. We will 100% be back

My husband and I have ordered to-go for a while from this restaurant, but tonight we decided to sit in and it was so worth it! The food was amazing, so tasty and fresh (which it is when ordering to-go as well). What really made it a 5-star experience tonight was the service. The staff were all very friendly and made us feel like family while we were there.

We’ve been coming to Ocha Thai for a long time and have always enjoyed the food, which is why this visit was especially disappointing.
Unfortunately, both the service and the food were not up to the standard we’ve experienced here before. The dishes lacked the flavor and quality we’ve come to expect, and when we politely brought it up, the chef/owner told us that “that’s how it’s made” and refused to adjust or remake the dish in any way. It felt dismissive, especially as returning customers who simply wanted the meal prepared properly.
In addition, the service felt unwelcoming and somewhat stingy rather than accommodating. We weren’t asking for anything unreasonable — just the level of care and hospitality that we’ve previously received and would expect as a paying customer.
What was also frustrating was that an automatic gratuity was added to the bill, and it did not appear to be based on the number of people who actually ate at the table. We were not clearly informed about this beforehand, which made the experience feel even less customer-friendly.
