Service at this Taco Bell was good, and the location was clean and well-maintained. However, the food was mediocre—not terrible, but not impressive either. Overall, it’s a decent spot for a quick bite, though it wouldn’t be my first choice.

We just got back from a month long trip and stopped here after retrieving our car from airport parking at O’Hare. It’s sad as an American to admit that the service was absolutely horrible compared to all the wonderful hospitality we received throughout southeast Asia and Indonesia from people who get paid a fraction of what Americans get. Tje food was ridiculously expensive as well for fast food. I am sorry BUT do better!

I ordered a vegetarian bowl and they add chicken. I drove back hoping they would correct there mistake they did not. I explained that chicken would have made me very sick and it’s a serious mistake. I had asked for a new bowl and a full refund. The manager in charge told me they wouldn’t and if I want to come back tomorrow with my hospital bill they wouldn’t refund me. This was extremely disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. If you have dietary needs avoid this place like the plague.

A newer, generally clean Taco Bell with an average-sized Taco Bell dining room. The food and orders have been consistently on point. It’s Taco Bell and not Michelin star dining but nonetheless, a decent location. Plenty of parking.

Went through the drive thru and the person taking our order was incredibly rude. When we tried to place our order, he just went “Yeah, whatever.” So we decided not to get food because of his rudeness. Wil not visit again.

I always eat here and today they did not put the cheese fries in a separate bag and lo and behold the fries are on the ground. Dog shot shit the one time it is not done and my fries are out. Was always coming to this tace bell but it seems it was my last today. Unfortunate, maybe they can get better service. Wouldn’t it eat here unless you need cheap food,

Don’t get the nuggets. They taste like sesame oil and char. I’m not sure if they even use sesame oil, but that’s the flavor and aroma. 0/10 would never try again.

8/2021 Been disappointed the last few times here. This last one was absolutely terrible. The Nacho Bell Grande’s have been getting smaller and more expensive. Got the NBG and paid for Extra Nacho Cheese and to Add Steak (beef and add steak). Check the pics out. TERRIBLE! Where’s the Beef? Where’s the Cheese? Where’s the Steak? Is there anything but chips in this? Ate 80% of the chips with nothing on them. Last time here. Went from 5 starts to 2 stars. We will go to Palatine from now on. Further but worth it!
3/2021 Have been here a few times. Always love Taco Bell! Service was fast and friendly. Food was a good temperature and good quality. Got my complicated order correct. The only negative thing is getting in and out of the parking lot can be complicated and only available from certain directions.
All in all, this is a great restaurant and we will be back.

Review written 09/01/2025. There’s a lady at the drive thru who slams the drive thru window shut so fast after she shoves the food bag at u. Just rude and with an attitude.
I’m so tempted to just tell her to get over herself. LOL
She particularly gets mad if u ask her for a fork / silverware. Like sorry for not wanting to pick up ingredients with my bare hands like most (gross) people do. Lol
However despite her RUDE attitudes, she works in the mornings, this location generally has pretty good food and the app allows modifications and customizations which helps to still be able to indulge while losing weight

After many years of trying to live a healthy and productive life, I’ve given up and decided to start enjoying life. Taco Bell is one of those enjoyments. The new cantina items and green salsa is amazing.
