I got in the drive through at 5:17 pm at 5:55 I got to the window. They never took my order and they said it was my fault that their speaker didn’t work. It’s Missoula Montana fist of all it wasn’t fast food and I thought people were supposed to be nice . Panda Express for the win!

This is the slowest fast food joint I’ve ever been to….anywhere on the planet. I don’t know why I go back, but I go there a few times a year and I really just ought to plan on sitting in my car in line for 30-45 minutes. No matter how many cars are in line. Once you are there, you are committed for the long haul! They have been consistently this slow for the last 20 years. Tonight it took 20 minutes for one car to move. I could have gone through any of the other fast food joints 12-20 times in yhe time it took to get my food here. Looking at my hands on the steering wheel, I could have sworn I saw my fingernails grow. Don’t miss out on living! Seriously, your life is worth more than waiting 45 minutes for a burrito, go somewhere else. Just…don’t. I’m taking my own advice and not going there again. If you are reading this while in that line, may God have mercy on your soul and I wish for you a full tank of gas.

It’s impossible to state how slow this Taco Bell is. It happened the same time as the renovation, I can only assume at that point the owner decided they didn’t need to pay workers anymore. I’ve gone twice in 6 months and both times we left the drive thru line before we even ordered. This is worse than having no Taco Bell there at all, because if there was no Taco Bell there we’d have a chance at a competent owner bringing a franchise in. I will try again in 2027 and update my review. I hope the owner has either decided to pay for workers by then or decided to close so an actual Taco Bell can exist there.

Set that your call box for almost 2 minutes trying to get someone to answer me go to the window and see you all standing in a circle circle jerking each other. How are you guys still open I’ve never had worse service in my life then I do EVERY DINGL6 time I go to your resturant. It’s really pathetic that this is what you owner let’s happen at this restaurant but hey the owner’s got to be there she the restaurant’s been like this for 15 years

First off it took almost 20mins to get our order in the lobby! They were fully focused on drive thru orders and even those were going slowly. When the manager was told about this she just walked away without even looking at us or responding at all! There were 2 other people waiting for their orders too, who had been waiting as well.

Consistantly slow. I watched 8 workwrs struggle to keep up with online orders, no one was in the restraunt but me and it took 28 minutes for me to get a rice burrito! It was a good burrito tho…

Slowest Taco Bell on the planet. Consistently there will be 2-3 cars in front of you and you will wait 30-45 min to get your food. Just had a cashier try to charge me for my mobile order and when I said it was a mobile order she closed the window and was gone for 15 min and I could see my order sitting on the counter through the window and by the time she came to hand it to me it was cold. I would understand if this was a one time thing but it happens every time I visit this location.

Came in for a door dash order and the workers were oblivious to someone standing at the counter. The 2 girls I could hear gossiping were hiding in the drive through area talking away. Finally after about 5 minutes of standing around someone Finally acknowledged I was there. Horrible customer service, the kids working obviously don’t want to be at this place and actually work. If I was the owner I would have fired them already if you ask me.
